A house in Plantation Bay was the top real estate transaction in Ormond Beach and Ormond-by-the-Sea for the week of March 28 to April 3 in the Multiple Listing Service. Volusia Residential Construction LLC, of Daytona Beach, sold 1034 Sudbury Lane to Tina Lainhart and Robert Wiltcher, of Ormond Beach, for $923,584. Built in 2021, the house is a 4/3.5 and has a swimming pool and 3,437 square feet. Following is a partial list of the week’s other sales.

 

Ormond Beach

 

Stephen and Karen Hale, of Horsehead, New York, sold 855 Ocean Shore Blvd., Unit 228, to Joseph and Susan Stefens, of Ormond Beach, for $310,000. Built in 1971, the condo is a 2/2.5 and has 1,020 square feet. It sold in 2010 for $170,000.

 

Linda Dileo sold 915 Ocean Shore Blvd., Unit 5010, to Lynnette Johnson, of Ormond Beach, for $276,000. Built in 1972, the condo is a 2/2 and has 1,175 square feet. It sold in 2018 for $236,000.

 

George and Geraldine Fennimore, of Ormond Beach, sold 89 S. Atlantic Ave., Unit 1104, to Robert and Deborah Gimbel, of Ormond Beach, for $262,500. Built in 1979, the condo is a 2/2 and has 1,200 square feet.

 

Team Systems International LLC, of Ponte Vedra Beach, sold 109 Northbrook Lane to Randy and Lisa Vandemark, of Woodbine, Iowa, for $243,000. Built in 1980, the house is a 3/2.5 and has 1,512 square feet. It sold in 2018 for $170,000.

 

RHOJO of Ormond LLC sold 438 Hand Ave. to Jay Wright, of Ormond Beach, for $206,000. Built in 1961, the house is a 3/1 and has 888 square feet. It sold in 2020 for $100,000.

 

James Evans, individually and as trustee, sold 459 Hammock Lane to ARVM 5 LLC, of Austin, Texas, for $198,000. Built in 1962, the house is a 2/1 and has 1,152 square feet.

 

Hi-Land Properties LLC, of West Palm Beach, sold 729 Fleming Ave. to Goodwin Properties Group LLC, of Fremont, California, for $176,000. Built in 1984, the house is a 3/2 and has 1,210 square feet. It sold in January for $145,000.

 

Scott Schreurs, of Palm Coast, sold 140 Limewood Place, Unit D, to Joseph Sisco, and Richard and Kellie Sisco, of Palm Coast, for $142,500. Built in 1985, the condo is a 2/2.5 and has 1,262 square feet. It sold in 2019 for $130,000.

Vanacore Homes LLC, of Ormond Beach, sold 3074 Silvermines Ave. to Patrick Rossi, of Kissimmee, for $410,000. Built in 2020, the house is a 3/2 and has 2,122 square feet.

 

Dream Finders Homes LLC, of Jacksonville, sold 3274 Bailey Ann Drive to Amy and Steven Chadwick, of Hartsdale, New York, for $286,954. Built in 2020, the townhouse is a 2/2 and has 1,721 square feet.

Vanacore Construction Inc., of Ormond Beach, sold 1323 Tullamore Blvd. to Leonard and Jean Jenkins, of Bridgewater, New Jersey, for $357,600. Built in 2020, the house is a 3/2 and has 2,909 square feet.

Maurizio and Paula Triani, of Daytona Beach, sold 4 Abacus Ave. to John Ciuzio and Katelyn Marks, of Ormond Beach, for $357,000. Built in 2012, the house is a 3/2 and has 2,211 square feet. It sold in 2019 for $299,000.

 

Nicholas and Donna Latsos, of Ormond Beach, sold 1 Cantilever Court to Amber Anthony, of Ormond Beach, for $354,900. Built in 2009, the house is a 3/2 and has a fireplace, swimming pool and 2,147 square feet. It sold in 2016 for $255,000.

David and Diane Mullins, of Daytona Beach, sold 695 Flamingo Drive, Unit A, to Nicole Rose, of Ormond Beach, for $182,000. Built in 1947, the villa is a 2/1 and has 675 square feet. It sold in 2016 for $120,000.

Joseph and Honore Costanzo, individually and as trustee, sold 3 Nottingham Drive to Dennis and Katharyn Bishop, of Holly, Michigan, for $323,500. Built in 1979, the house is a 3/2 and has a fireplace and 1,696 square feet.

David and Pamela Mills sold 115 Horseshoe Trail to Debra Kreimer, of Ormond Beach, for $237,000. Built in 1983, the house is a 2/2 and has a fireplace and 1,283 square feet. It sold in 2017 for $157,000.

Flavia Casassola and Gerald Thomas, of Ormond Beach, sold 209 Sunrise Cove Circle to Robert and Debra Russell, of Frankford, Delaware, for $363,000. Built in 2018, the house is a 3/2 and has 1,428 square feet. It sold in 2018 for $319,900.

Rita Doris, of Lake Monroe, sold 39 Beechwood Drive to Edward and Stephanie Barry, of Belleview, for $220,000. Built in 1957, the house is a 2/1 and has 945 square feet.
