Joseph and Cheryl Morgan, of Whittier, North Carolina, sold 485 Ocean Shore Blvd. to Mahjabeen Khan and Sanjay Sehgal, of Ormond Beach, for $1,899,000. Built in 1988, the house is a 3/2 and has a fireplace and 3,900 square feet. Following is a partial list of the week’s other sales.

Ormond Beach

Lorraine Tramuta sold 440 Leeway Trail to Debra Nussbaum for $625,000. Built in 1988, the house is a 3/2.5 and has a fireplace, barn and 2,125 square feet. It sold in 2020 for $595,000.

Christopher Beck and Christine Cain, of Ormond Beach, sold 21 Foxfords Chase to Gregory and Gail Coppola, of Ormond Beach, for $410,000. Built in 1995, the house is a 4/3 and has a fireplace, swimming pool and 2,540 square feet. It sold in 2019 for $322,500.

Brenda Gresham, of Lewiston, New York, sold 8 Fox Hollow Drive to David Page, of Jacksonville, for $325,000. Built in 1987, the house is a 3/2 and has a fireplace and 2,247 square feet.

William Navarra sold 331 Sylvan Drive to Stephen and Trang Pullen, of Ormond Beach, for $278,775. Built in 1965, the house is a 3/2 and has a swimming pool and 1,571 square feet.

Peter and Rita Herschberger, of Flagler Beach, sold 580 S. Ridgewood Ave. to Carolyn Bugland for $250,000. Built in 1957, the house is a 3/2 and has a fireplace and 1,497 square feet.

Vetra Black, of Anderson, South Carolina, sold 178 Bosarvey Drive to Marion and Elizabeth Petzoid, of Ormond Beach, for $215,000. Built in 1948, the house is a 2/1 and has a fireplace and 858 square feet.

Victoria and Orestes Ortega sold 3 Forest View Way to Robert and Denise de la Chapelle, of Ormond Beach, for $420,000. Built in 1989, the house is a 3/2 and has a fireplace and 2,107 square feet. It sold in 2017 for $260,000.

Halifax Plantation

Saul and Elsa Origaen, of Silver Springs, Maryland, sold 1174 Athlone Way to David Curtis, of Bellbrook, Ohio, for $255,000. Built in 1997, the townhouse is a 3/2.5 and has 1,957 square feet.

Frank Randolph and Gail Roberts, of Davie, sold 1107 Glengad Run to Michael and Patricia Errichiello, of Maywood, New Jersey, for $235,000. Built in 2000, the townhouse is a 2/2 and has 1,532 square feet. It sold in 2016 for $162,500.

Jeremy and Kami Hopkins, of Ormond Beach, sold 9 Huntsman Look to Eugene and Samantha Crouch, of Ormond Beach, for $619,900. Built in 1995, the house is a 4/3 and has a fireplace, swimming pool and 2,948 square feet. It sold in 2017 for $452,000.

Silver Creek Development Inc., of Ormond Beach, sold 17 Willoughby Trace to Fretwell Construction Co., of Daytona Beach, for $437,000. Built in 2020, the house is a 2/2 and has 1,679 square feet.

Harold and Jennifer Springborn, of Daytona Beach, sold 24 Dormer Drive to Cynthia and Mark Smith, of Ormond Beach, for $391,000. Built in 2008, the house is a 4/3 and has 2,542 square feet. It sold in 2015 for $273,000.

Faiez Naamou, of Ormond Beach, sold 27 Meadow Ridge View to Aubrey Zeliner, as trustee, for $329,000. Built in 2002, the house is a 3/2 and has 1,806 square feet.

Madeline Colburn, of Vero Beach, sold 54 Indianhead Drive to Richard and Linda Durgee, of Ormond Beach, for $775,400. Built in 2004, the house is a 4/3.5 and has a fireplace, swimming pool and 3,349 square feet.

Georgi Kostrevski and Gorica Kostrevskia, of Ormond Beach, sold 41 Stoney Ridge Lane to Warren and Melissa Kauffman, of Ormond Beach, for $340,000. Built in 2003, the house is a 3/2 and has 1,956 square feet.
