A house in Hammock Dunes was the top real estate transaction for the week of March 4-10 in Flagler County in the Multiple Listing Service. Maryann Donohue, individually and as trustee, sold 47 Calle Del Sur to 47 Calle Du Sur LLC, of Palm Coast, for $2.6 million. Built in 2008, the house is a 5/4/2 and has a swimming pool, elevator, dune walk and 5,067 square feet. It sold in 2017 for $2,350,000. Following is a partial list of other transactions for the week.

Beim Family LLC, of Longwood, sold 200 Ocean Crest Drive, Unit 518, to Robert and Cheryl Alleman, of Longwood, for $515,000. Built in 2003, the condo is a 3/3 and has 1,676 square feet.
Frank Blum, of The Villages, sold 20 Marina Point Place, Unit 20, to Raymond Falconetti, of Magnolia, Delaware, for $350,000. Built in 1993, the house is a 3/2.5 and has 1,875 square feet. It sold in 2018 for $350,000.
Roberto Ruiz and Teresa Hampton, of Ocala, sold 112 Club House Drive, Unit 102, to Eric and Lisa Lovvorn, of Palm Coast, for $262,500. Built in 2004, the condo is a 2/2 and has 2,297 square feet.
Flagler Beach
Michael and Lori O’Rourke, of Flagler Beach, sold 616 River View Road to Robert and Bernadette Jeffery, of Lyons, Colorado, for $1.3 million. Built in 1994, the house is a 5/4 and has a fireplace, swimming pool, boat dock, boat house and 3,348 square feet.
Grand Haven
Raymond and Marcia Norton, of Palm Coast, sold 10 Marshview Lane to Raymond Juliano and Judith Snyder, of Palm Coast, for $355,000. Built in 2006, the house is a 3/2 and has 1,999 square feet. It sold in 2018 for $312,000.
