A house in Ormond-by-the-Sea was the top real estate transaction in Ormond Beach and Ormond-by-the-Sea for the week of Jan. Feb. 21-27 in the Multiple Listing Service. Arlyne Hull sold 1836 John Anderson Drive to Javier Hernandez and Juana Darce, of Ormond Beach, for $730,000. Built in 1970, the house is a 3/2.5 and has a swimming pool and 2,689 square feet. Following is a partial list of the week’s other sales.

Robert and Phuong Ricketts, of Palm Coast, sold 22 Greenvale Drive to Don Haggerty, of Ormond Beach, for $289,500. Built in 2003, the house is a 3/2 and has a swimming pool and 1,551 square feet. It sold in 2015 for $199,000.

 

Mary Sicilian, of Ormond Beach, sold 1225 Parkside Drive to Colleen Mckernan, of Ormond Beach, for $287,900. Built in 1979, the house is a 3/2 and has a fireplace and 1,904 square feet.

 

Joseph Gallagher IV sold 6 Windsail Circle to Triple Red Properties LLC, of Maggie Valley, North Carolina, for $287,000. Built in 1996, the house is a 4/2.5 and has a fireplace and 2,228 square feet.

 

Cheryl and Christopher Caraballo sold 242 River Vale Lane to Silvana Relia, of Ormond Beach, for $260,000. Built in 2017, the house is a 3/2 and has 1,821 square feet.

 

Anthony Vega, of Ormond Beach, sold 831 W. Victoria Circle to Joseph DiBlasi, of Ormond Beach, for $227,000. Built in 1984, the house is a 3/2 and has 1,440 square feet.

 

John Reid sold 1963 Carolina Ave. to Yong Sook Yi and Chuong Sook Yi, of Ormond Beach, for $200,000. Built in 2001, the house is a 3/2 and has 1,386 square feet. It sold in 2012 for $80,000.

 

Rachel Williams, of Ormond Beach, sold 1717 Hope Drive to Nathan Leggs, of Ormond Beach, for $183,000. Built in 1977, the house is a 2/2 and has 1,233 square feet. It sold in 2016 for $119,900.

 

Joseph Valenti, of Ormond Beach, sold 6 Park Place to Everett and Mary Butts, of Ormond Beach, for $179,900. Built in 1984, the townhouse is a 2/2 and has 1,021 square feet. It sold in 2017 for $123,000.

 

Mark and Robin Lehman, of Troy, North Carolina, sold 1802 Woodcrest Drive to Brenton Patterson and Nicole Richards, of Ormond Beach, for $168,000. Built in 1995, the manufactured home is a 3/2 and has a fireplace and 1,773 square feet.

 

Christian and Kathrin Rennebeck, of Ormond Beach, sold 65 Seton Trail, Unit 120, to Alyssa Velazquez, of Ormond Beach, for $165,000. Built in 1971, the condo is a 2/1.5 and has 1,080 square feet. It sold in 2015 for $73,500.

Roger and Sandra Sparry, of Ormond Beach, sold 1312 Dovercourt Lane to Marcia and Graham Norman, of Ormond Beach, for $595,000. Built in 2005, the house is a 3/2 and has a swimming pool and 2,823 square feet. It sold in 2019 for $525,000.

William and Sharon Jones, of Lake City, sold 5 Rising Moon Trail to Julio and Marissa Alonso, of Ormond Beach, for $200,000. Built in 1980, the town home is a 2/2 and has a fireplace and 1,313 square feet.

 

Assent Properties LLC, of Ormond Beach, sold 324 Timberline Trail to Lynn Asmussen, of Daytona Beach, for $197,000. Built in 1980, the house is a 3/2 and has a fireplace and 1,474 square feet.

Richard and Alice Hatzell, of Daytona Beach, sold 2327 Bonnie View Drive to Dennis and Svetlana Geraghty, of Kalama, Washington, for $580,000. Built in 1984, the house is a 3/3 and has a swimming pool, guest house and 1,840 square feet. It sold in 2019 for $465,000.

 

Mark and Bethany Prampero, of Ormond Beach, sold 3555 John Anderson Drive to Lisa Anderson and Timothy Shannon, of Ormond Beach, for $550,000. Built in 1981, the house is a 3/2 and has a fireplace, swimming pool and 2,777 square feet. It sold in 2017 for $367,000.

 

Stephen and Peggy Donovan, of Ormond Beach, sold 3400 Ocean Shore Blvd., Unit 3, to Ali El-Menshawi and Aysha Meloukhela, as trustees, for $475,000. Built in 1997, the condo is a 3/2 and has a fireplace and 1,797 square feet. It sold in 2017 for $328,000.
