Nova Road to Sandra Zaiser and Jessica Wilken, of Port Orange, for $340,000. Built in 1992, the house has seven bedrooms, four baths, a swimming pool and 3,486 square feet.

Allandale

Crystal Keiser, individually and as trustee, sold 5266 Orange Ave. to Cynthia Kentile, of Port Orange, for $33,000. Built in 1973, the manufactured home has two bedrooms, one bath and 672 square feet. It sold in 1994 for $29,000.

Crystal Keiser, individually and as trustee, sold 5259 Orange Ave. to Wade LaClair, of Port Orange, for $25,000. Built in 1962, the manufactured home has two bedrooms, one bath and 420 square feet. It sold in 1992 for $24,300.

Amber Village

Lela Kossow, of Port St. John, sold 837 McDonald Road to Christopher Grispart, of Port Orange, for $135,000. Built in 1987, the house has two bedrooms, two baths and 949 square feet. It sold in 2002 for $75,000.

Ashton Lakes

William and Dora Ballard, of Port Orange, sold 736 Oakwater Lane to Blake and Meagan Miller, of Port Orange, for $278,000. Built in 2004, the house has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,900 square feet. It sold in 2013 for $232,000.

Kenneth Ritter, of Mims, sold 982 S. Lakewood Terrace to Melissa Michalski, of Port Orange, for $211,500. Built in 1987, the house has three bedrooms, two baths, a fireplace and 1,782 square feet. It sold in 2015 for $165,000.

Laurelwood

Norma Freije, of Port Orange, sold 733 Indian Hill Drive to John Martin, of Port Orange, for $128,000. Built in 1986, the manufactured home has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,104 square feet. It sold in 2011 for $58,000.

Lorenzo Cianfriglia sold 725 Dove Ave. to Thomas and Mary Holkup, of Port Orange, for $97,000. Built in 1982, the manufactured home has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,032 square feet. It sold in 1982 for $11,900.

Theresa Lightfoot, individually and as trustee, and Gordon Lecours , of Port Orange, sold 3598 Sugarplum Lane to Guy and Paulette Jarnagin, of Port Orange, for $192,500. Built in 1993, the house has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,435 square feet. It sold in 2005 for $204,900.

Jason Kerin sold 1321 Coconut Palm Circle to Judy Warning, as trustee, for $260,000. Built in 2002, the house has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,771 square feet. It sold in 2005 for $315,000.

Lida Zwegers, of Weston, sold 1719 Goosecross Court to Douglas and Jessica Chandler, of Port Orange, for $325,000. Built in 2006, the house has five bedrooms, three baths, a fireplace and 2,944 square feet. It sold in 2010 for $243,000.

Sherry Callicott-Donovan and Daniel Donovan, of Port Orange, sold 1712 Creekwater Blvd. to Winslow and Elizabeth Truax, of Port Orange, for $305,000. Built in 2004, the house has four bedrooms, three baths, a fireplace and 2,364 square feet. It sold in 2008 for $235,000.

Jodi and Robert McMillen sold 1229 Jeffery Drive to Diedre Williams, and Donna and Michael Sharp, of Port Orange, for $170,250. Built in 1984, the house has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,820 square feet. It sold in 2011 for $89,000.

Michael Kasun, of Leesburg, Virginia, sold 1228 Eddie Drive to Eric Boyle, of Port Orange, for $167,000. Built in 1980, the house has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,200 square feet. It sold in 1981 for $45,600.
