A house with 3,349 square feet was the top real estate sales transaction for Jan. 29 to Feb. 4 in Ormond Beach and Ormond-by-the-Sea. Regions Bank, of Hattiesburg, Missouri, sold 54 Indianhead Drive to Roger and Magdeline Grubic, of Ormond Beach, for $423,000. Built in 2004, the house has four bedrooms, 3.5 baths, a fireplace and a swimming pool. It sold in 2005 for $675,300.

Ormond Beach

Marcia Delaney, and Nathan and Erika Hargrave, sold 205 Riverbend Road to Bryan and Nicole Ayoub, of Ormond Beach, for $299,900. Built in 1977, the house has four bedrooms, 2.5 baths, a fireplace and 1,862 square feet. It sold in 2003 for $209,500.

Anthony and Migdalia Perricelli, individually and as trustees, sold 97 Neptune Ave. to Daniel Drake, of Ormond Beach, for $275,000. Built in 1956, the house has two bedrooms, two baths, a fireplace and 1,604 square feet. It sold in 1986 for $69,900.

Marianne Difiore and James Lopko, of Ormond Beach, sold 206 Cardinal Drive to Kathaleen Fisher, of Ormond Beach, for $207,500. Built in 1947, the house has four bedrooms, two baths and 1,275 square feet. It sold in 2005 for $180,000.

Daniel Stutz and Mary Eisenhauer, of Ormond Beach, sold 670 Hand Ave. to Gary Evans, of Ormond Beach, for 173,500. Built in 1977, the house has three bedrooms, two baths, a fireplace, swimming pool and 1,511 square feet. It sold in 2010 for $98,000.

AMA Investments LLC, of Port Orange, sold 19 Magnolia Ave. to Ormrenpro LLC, of Ormond Beach, for $153,000. Built in 1965, the house has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,600 square feet. It sold in 1993 for $58,000.

Gene and Linda Consalvo, of West Pinehurst, North Carolina, sold 2850 Ocean Shore Blvd., Unit 240, to Gary and April Rygg, of Acworth, Georgia, for $150,000. Built in 1980, the house has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,184 square feet. It sold in 2003 for $142,500.

Nancy Moon, of Holly Hill, sold 155 Northbrook Lane to Luis Ocasio, of Ormond Beach, for $127,000. Built in 1981, the house has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,183 square feet. It sold in 2000 for $79,900.

Elizabeth Bucci sold 678 Wellington Station, Unit 55, to Jeffrey and Dianna Fahnestock, of Winchester, Virginia, for $75,000. Built in 1997, the condo has two bedrooms, two baths and 975 square feet. It sold in 1997 for $61,900.

Federal Home Loan Mortgage Corporation, of Carrollton, Texas, sold 679 Wellington Station, Unit 26, to Sandra Morse, of Ormond Beach, for $74,000. Built in 1988, the house has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,090 square feet. It sold in 2001 for $57,900.

George and Donna Dirscherl, of Palm Harbor, sold 19 Crescent Lake Way to John and Lisa Blevins, of Ormond Beach, for $332,500. Built in 1995, the house has three bedrooms, three baths, a fireplace, swimming pool and 2,326 square feet. It sold in 2003 for $228,000.

Adrien Campbell, individually and as trustee, sold 44 Winding Creek Way to Brian and Cynthia Fink, of Ormond Beach, for $239,900. Built in 1987, the house has three bedrooms, three baths, two fireplaces and 2,472 square feet. It sold in 1988 for $176,500.

Halifax Plantation

Ronald and Sherry Peter, of North Providence, Rhode Island, sold 3107 Kailani Court to Peggy Taylor, of Ormond Beach, for $193,500. Built in 2002, the house ha s three bedrooms, two baths and 1,684 square feet. It sold in 2005 for $305,000.

Plantation Bay

Prestwick at Plantation Bay, of Daytona Beach, sold 781 Aldenham Lane to Shonda Besse, of Ormond Beach, for $235,000. Built in 2016, the house has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,510 square feet.

The Trails

Edward, Lucille, Patricia, Mark and Diana Flanagan, of Groton, Connecticut, sold 52 Soco Trail to Christopher Beck and Christine Cain, of Ormond Beach, for $170,000. Built in 1980, the townhouse has three bedrooms, 2.5 baths, a fireplace and 1,872 square feet.

Raymond Naughton, of Ormond Beach, sold 229 Pine Cone Trail to Angel and Silvia Oliva, of Ormond Beach for $150,000. Built in 1978, the house has two bedrooms, two baths, a fireplace and 1,340 square feet. It sold in 2009 for $107,000.

Tomoka Oaks

Marie Fitzgibbons, of Ormond Beach, sold 1 Tomoka Oaks Blvd., Unit 132, to Elizabeth Koch, of Ormond Beach, for $132,000. Built in 1980, the condo has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,184 square feet. It sold in 2013 for $68,200.

Woodlands

Michael and David Jones, of Keller, Texas, sold 217 Military Blvd. to Russell and Dorne Fisher, of Ormond Beach, for $125,000. Built in 1980, the house has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,551 square feet. It sold in 1982 for $50,000.

Ormond-by-the-Sea

Byron and Susan Bekken, of Flagler Beach, sold 36 Sunrise Ave. to Thomas and Gale McMahon, of Pomeroy, Ohio, for $290,000. Built in 1964, the house has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,915 square feet. It sold in 1995 for $92,000.

Alina Najberg, of Maryville, Tennessee, sold 16 Seafarers Drive to Donavan Menegay and Parbatie Narain, of Ormond Beach, for $235,000. Built in 1975, the house has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,775 square feet. It sold in 1977 for $55,000.

Gary and Rebecca Casteel, of Morgantown, West Virginia, sold 3100 Ocean Shore Blvd., Unit 3030, to Thomas and Diane Goodson, as trustees, for $175,000. Built in 1991, the condo has two bedrooms, two baths and 873 square feet. It sold in 2013 for $125,000.

Elizabeth Black, of Ormond Beach, sold 2730 Ocean Shore Blvd., Unit 405, to Neil and Judith Gordie, of Hudson, for $173,000. Built in 1990, the condo has two bedrooms, two baths and 871 square feet. It sold in 2015 for $165,000.

Thomas Klein sold 58 River Drive to Michael McBride, of Ormond Beach, for $164,000. Built in 1952, the house has two bedrooms, one bath and 528 square feet. It sold in 2008 for $92,500.

Erik and Shelby Vogeley, of Oak Ridge, Tennessee, sold 42 Seaside Drive to Diana Ballew, of Ormond Beach, for $155,000. Built in 1950, the house has two bedrooms, one bath and 1,106 square feet. It sold in 2010 for $83,000.
