Built in 2004, the house has a lake view, five bedrooms, five baths, a fireplace, swimming pool and 3,101 square feet.

Allandale

Donald and Alice Skilton, of Port Orange, sold 5213 Christiancy Ave. to Peter and Ilona Wallace, of DeBary, for $97,000. Built in 1989, the house has three bedrooms, 1.5 baths and 960 square feet. It sold in 1989 for $48,000.

Coquina Cove

Kenneth and Joanne Robinson, of Port Orange, sold 5393 Cordgrass Bend Lane to Richard Shiver Jr., of Port Orange, for $267,800. Built in 2010, the house has four bedrooms, 2.5 baths and 2,837 square feet. It sold in 2010 for $211,958.
