Built in 1983, the house has three bedrooms, 2.5 baths, a fireplace, 2,549 square feet and a separate airplane hangar.

Allandale

Bindi Dave, of Hillsborough, New Jersey, sold 5123 Pineland Ave. to Corin and Micah Casper, of Port Orange, for $125,000. Built in 2003, the house has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,098 square feet. It sold in 2003 for $102,500.

Ashton Lakes

Margaret Golder, of Grapevine, Texas, sold 797 Ashton Lakes to James and Margaret Greenwood, of Port Orange, for $270,000. Built in 2002, the house has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,938 square feet. It sold in 2002 for $164,000.

Beacon Woods

Douglas Wheaton and Suzanne McCormick, of Port Orange, sold 3740 Paige St. to CG Paige Street LLC, of New Smyrna Beach, for $177,000. Built in 1975, the house has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,704 square feet. It sold in 2004 for $159,000.

Glenn and Lorraine Warner, of Pittsburgh, sold 402 Banana Cay Drive, Unit J, to Carter’s Homes LLC, of Port Orange, for $57,500. Built in 1985, the condo has two bedrooms, two baths and 922 square feet. It sold in 2009 for $50,000.

Ann Brown, individually and as trustee, sold 5479 St. Regis Way to Nancy Blair, of Port Orange, for $235,000. Built in 1999, the house has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,843 square feet. It sold in 2003 for $169,900.

Intervest at Waters Edge LLLP, of Daytona Beach, sold 6901 Vintage Lane to Xiang and Jun Zheng, of Port Orange, for $405,000. Built in 2014, the house has four bedrooms, three baths, a half-bath and 2,928 square feet.
