Robert Ledbetter and Dylan Anderson, of Ormond Beach, sold 151 Ellicott Drive to Dale and Blenda Simms, of Ormond Beach, for $355,000. Built in 1963, the house has three bedrooms, two baths, a fireplace, swimming pool and 1,845 square feet. It sold in 2015 for $273,900.
Real Estate Solutions Home Sellers LLC sold 843 Peninsula Drive to Tod and Colleen Pierce, of Ormond Beach, for $305,000. Built in 1963, the house has three bedrooms, three baths, a swimming pool and 2,675 square feet. It sold in 1998 for $105,000.
Terrance and Michele Roberts, of Ormond Beach, sold 21 Stallion Way to Geraldine DiRodio, of Temple Hills, Maryland, for $245,000. Built in 2002, the house has three bedrooms, 2.5 baths, a swimming pool and 1,945 square feet. It sold in 2013 for $215,000.
Alphonse and Lorri Sidoti, of Ormond Beach, sold 111 Dawn Drive to William Thomas and Patricia Smith, of Ormond Beach, for $238,000. Built in 1961, the house has three bedrooms, two baths, a fireplace and 1,608 square feet. It sold in 2003 for $179,900.

Paul Lavine and Nicole Wright, of Aurora, Colorado, sold 51 Sunny Shore Drive to Shirley Breitenother, of Ormond Beach, for $134,000. Built in 1958, the house has two bedrooms, one bath and 838 square feet. It sold in 1986 for $43,000.
