Riverside Drive house tops the sales list

A house on the Halifax River was the top real estate sales transaction for the week of Aug. 9-15 in Ormond Beach. Ronald Turcotte, as trustee, sold 756 Riverside Drive to Arthur and Mary Jean Anast, as trustees, for $1,225,000. Built in 2006, the house has four bedrooms, three baths, a swimming pool, boat lift, boat house, boat dock and 3,221 square feet. It sold in 2009 for $1,115,000.

Ormond Beach

Fannie Mae Association, of Dallas, sold 39 Woodhaven Circle to Paul and Natalie Rademaker, of Ormond Beach, for $305,000. Built in 1963, the house has four bedrooms, four baths, a fireplace, swimming pool and 2,866 square feet. It sold in 2000 for $152,500.

Kent and Brenda Watring, of Canton, North Carolina, sold 256 Spreading Oak Lane to Eric and Heidi Rand, of Ormond Beach, for $295,000. Built in 1979, the house has three bedrooms, three baths, a fireplace and 3,142 square feet. It sold in 2004 for $360,000.

Patricia Carduner, Patricia Stephens and Ethel Talentinow, as trustees, sold 70 Vining Court to Dvorak Acquisitions LLC, of Ponce Inlet, for $239,000. Built in 2003, the house has four bedrooms, three baths and 1,822 square feet. It sold in 2003 for $179,900.

Joseph and Kelly Marx, of Ormond Beach, sold 61 Westland Run to Y&L of Ormond Properties LLC, of Daytona Beach, for $203,000. Built in 2007, the house has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,995 square feet. It sold in 2014 for $188,000.

Christine Banks, of Ormond Beach, sold 5 Tanglewood Circle to William and Bonnie Thompson, of Ormond Beach, for $199,900. Built in 1959, the house has two bedrooms, three baths, a fireplace and 1,424 square feet. It sold in 2006 for $256,000

Anthony and Elizabeth Jones, of Ormond Beach, sold 812 N. Beach St. to Michael Zazulak, Jr., of Ormond Beach, for $174,500. Built in 1973, the house has three bedrooms, two baths and 2,042 square feet. It sold in 2010 for $150,000.

Todd Findley, of Ormond Beach, sold 895 N. Ridgewood Ave. to Kevin Blake, of Ormond Beach, for $165,000. Built in 1975, the house has three bedrooms, two baths, a fireplace, swimming pool and 1,892 square feet. It sold in 2012 for $165,000.

Joanne Arlen, of Port Orange, sold 734 Candlewood Circle to Kenneth and Kathleen Fisher, of Ormond Beach, for $145,000. Built in 1973, the house has three bedrooms, two baths, a swimming pool and 1,620 square feet. It sold in 1999 for $112,500.

Jennifer Moses, of Concord, New Hampshire, sold 75 Broadmoor Circle to Stacey Baldwin, of Ormond Beach, for $134,900. Built in 1977, the house has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,260 square feet. It sold in 2001 for $95,900.

Wendy Michael, of Ormond Beach, sold 159 Northbrook Lane to Nelson James Tucker, Jr., of Ormond Beach, for $124,000. Built in 1981, the house has three bedrooms, two baths, a fireplace and 1,448 square feet. It sold in 2004 for $162,000.

Thomas Tucciarone, of Lowell, Arkansas, sold 2 Aaron Circle to Wesley Stophel and Vicki Marchbank, of Ormond Beach, for $119,500. Built in 1984, the house has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,760 square feet. It sold in 1986 for $66,000.

Breakaway Trails

Dawn McKibbin, as trustee, sold 36 Shadow Creek Way to Demosthenes and Angelika Malatras, of Ormond Beach, for $366,000. Built in 1990, the house has four bedrooms, three baths, a fireplace and 2,548 square feet. It sold in 2003 for $265,000.

Ormond Lakes

David Julian, of Ormond Beach, sold 5 King Phillips Way to Johanna Blomberg, of Daytona Beach, for $310,000. Built in 2003, the house has three bedrooms, three baths and 3,226 square feet. It sold in January for $305,800.

The Trails

Nomad Properties Inc., of Daytona Beach, sold 11 Maplewood Trail to Thomas and Patricia Massebeau, as co-trustees, for $140,000. Built in 1979, the townhouse has three bedrooms, three baths, a fireplace and 1,788 square feet. It sold in 2005 for $235,000.

Tomoka Oaks

David and Janet Villars, of DeLand, sold 70 Oakmont Circle to Milton and Valerie Riley, of Ormond Beach, for $212,000. Built in 1973, the house has three bedrooms, three baths, a fireplace and 2,346 square feet. It sold in 2011 for $150,000.

ARLP REO VI LLC, a national banking association, sold 48 N. St. Andrews Drive to Jeffrey and Sharon Feutz, of Ormond Beach, for $151,000. Built in 1987, the house has three bedrooms, two baths, a fireplace and 1,822 square feet. It sold in 1987 for $125,000.

Ormond-by-the-Sea

Cynthia Boser, of Allegany, New York, sold 1750 John Anderson Drive to Stephen Levine, of Ormond Beach, for $1.2 million. Built in 2007, the house has three bedrooms, four baths, two fireplaces, a swimming pool, elevator, boat dock, boat house and 4,523 square feet. It sold in 2011 for $895,000.

David and Linda Wayne, of Ormond Beach, sold 3020 Ocean Shore Blvd. to James and Deanna Jump, of Windermere, for $740,000. Built in 2005, the house has four bedrooms, four baths and 3,671 square feet. No other qualified sales were listed.

James and Billie Jean Moore, of Ormond Beach, sold 5 Sea Park Terrace to Eileen Pfeiffer, of Gardner, Massachusetts, for $335,000. Built in 1993, the house has three bedrooms, three baths, a swimming pool and 1,934 square feet. It sold in 2002 for $285,000.

Michael Carr, Jr., and Julia Carr, of Gainesville, sold 1415 Ocean Shore Blvd., Unit 601, to John and Barbara Vargo, of Hernando, for $318,000. Built in 1974, the condo has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,300 square feet. It sold in 1976 for $53,100.

Philip Carson, of Ormond Beach, sold 108 Peninsula Winds Drive to Wayne and Heloisa Block, of Ormond Beach, for $305,000. Built in 1993, the house has three bedrooms, two baths, a swimming pool and 1,517 square feet. It sold in 2011 for $250,000.

Maureen Gilliham, of Essex, England, sold 1155 Ocean Shore Blvd., Unit 103, to William and Jane Dodson, as trustees, for $265,000. Built in 1971, the condo has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,065 square feet. It sold in 1989 for $95,000.

Jason Clester and Shannon Smith, of Rancho Mirage, California, sold 4 Sea Harbor Drive to Teresa and Micheal Jacobson, of Savannah, Georgia, for $245,000. Built in 1980, the house has three bedrooms, two baths, a swimming pool and 1,677 square feet. It sold in 1980 for $72,500.

Robert Catarra, of Hopkinton, Massachusetts, sold 1155 Ocean Shore Blvd., Unit 403, to Scott Devine and T. Nadine Mitchell, of Titusville, for $240,000. Built in 1971, the condo has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,065 square feet. It sold in 1998 for $122,500.

Alexander and Alexandra Davlantes, individually and as trustees, sold 2730 Ocean Shore Blvd., Unit 405, to Elizabeth Black, of Ormond Beach, for $165,000. Built in 1990, the condo has two bedrooms, two baths and 871 square feet. It sold in 2000 for $95,000.

Anthony and Mary Ann Cancila, of Philadelphia, sold 2750 Ocean Shore Blvd., Unit 48, to Edward and Barbara Martin, of Ormond Beach, for $162,500. Built in 1973, the condo has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,184 square feet. It sold in 1992 for $65,000.

Raymond and Mary Maria, of Ormond Beach, sold 17 River Shore Drive to David and Penny Shumate, of Ormond Beach, for $160,000. Built in 1956, the house has two bedrooms, one bath and 756 square feet. It sold in 1998 for $57,500.
