A house on the beachside was the top real estate sales transaction for the week of Sept. 13-19 in Ormond Beach and Ormond-by-the-Sea. Robert Adams and Jacqueline Boggs, as trustees, sold 1094 John Anderson Drive to Robert Adams, of Daytona Beach, for $650,000. Built in 1975, the house has three bedrooms, 2.5 baths, a fireplace, boat dock and 2,970 square feet. No other qualified sales were listed.

Ormond Beach

Linda Courteaux, of Ormond Beach, sold 1884 Old Tomoka Road to Marie Moulton, of Madison, Connecticut, for $457,000. Built in 1966, the house has four bedrooms, three baths, a fireplace, barn, swimming pool and 2,637 square feet. It sold in 2002 for $275,000.

Edna Brooks and Addison Walsh, of Ormond Beach, sold 50 Abacus Drive to Douglas Beach, of Ormond Beach, for $257,990. Built in 1976, the house has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,620 square feet. It sold in 1999 for $108,500.

Suzanne Ostiguy and Jean Monmea, of Quebec, sold 216 W. LIndenwood Circle to Brooke Bunch, of Ormond Beach, for $215,000. Built in 1972, the house has three bedrooms, two baths, a swimming pool and 1,620 square feet. It sold in 2013 for $130,000.
