Flagler Beach home tops sales list at $620,000

A Flagler Beach home tops the sales list for Flagler County residential real estate transactions the week of Feb. 12-18. Philip John Andrews Jr. and Denise Andrews, of Ooltewah, Tennessee, sold the home at 208 Palm Circle to Nancy Harrington and Worth Strecker, of Flagler Beach, for $620,000. Built in 1991, it has three bedrooms, two baths, a fireplace, a boat dock, lift and house and 2,321 square feet of living area. It sold in 2007 for $680,000.

BEVERLY BEACH
Oceanside
June Stalker, of Flagler Beach, sold the condo at 2450 N. Oceanshore Blvd., Unit 113, to Philip John Andrews Jr. and Denise Andrews, of Ooltewah, Tennessee, for $310,000. Built in 2007, it has three bedrooms, three baths and 1,749 square feet of living area.

BUNNELL
St. Johns Dev.
Blake and Courtney VandeBunte, of Bunnell, sold the home at 392 County Road 80 to Trevor and Natasja Brant, of Palm Coast, for $181,900. Built in 1986, it has three bedrooms, two baths, a fireplace, a pole barn and 2,288 square feet of living area. It sold in 2012 for $145,000.

Ronald and Rosemary Buyck, of Ormond Beach, sold the home at 682 Elk River Drive to Edward Foreman and Earlene Foreman, of Roanoke, Virginia, for $308,000. Built in 2011, it has three bedrooms, two baths and 2,309 square feet of living area.

PALM COAST
Belle Terre
Mark Evalenko and Yakov Belkin sold the home at 149 Parkview Drive to Janet Scott, of Port Orange, for $182,000. Built in 2006, it has four bedrooms, three baths, a fireplace and 2,967 square feet of living area. It sold in 2014 for $120,750.

Steven Thomas and Bruce Garrison, as trustees of the 5 Parson Place Trust, sold the home at 5 Parson Place to Ricky and Marie Poitras, of Palm Coast, for $86,000. Built in 1986, it has three bedrooms, two baths, a fireplace and 1,724 square feet of living area.

Canopy Walk
Dale Foley, of Ashland, Virginia, sold the condo at 300 Canopy Walk Lane, Unit 341, to Connell and Donna Macken, of Palm Coast, for $290,000. Built in 2005, it has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,712 square feet of living area. It sold in 2008 for $346,000.

Charles Jack, of Loveland, Colorado, sold the condo at 300 Canopy Walk Lane, Unit 315, to William Anderson Sr. and Gail Anderson, of Goffstown, New Hampshire, for $262,500. Built in 2005, it has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,712 square feet of living area. It sold in 2013 for $219,000.

John Sherwood Jr. and Theresa Sherwood sold the home at 88 Barrington Drive to Toni Rozann King, of Palm Coast, for $215,000. Built in 2005, it has five bedrooms, 2.5 baths and 2,928 square feet of living area. It sold in 2006 for $108,000.

Fannie Mae sold the home at 245 Beachway Drive to Nancy Woodburn Schrecongost, of Palm Coast, for $115,000. Built in 1988, it has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,598 square feet of living area.

Krzysztof Szulimowski and Adam Vytykac, of Palm Coast, sold the home at 21 Bickwick Lane to Aleksandr Galynkin, of Palm Coast, for $132,000. Built in 2005, it has three bedrooms, two baths and 2,010 square feet of living area.

Steven Thomas and Bruce Garrison, trustees of the 81 Brookside Lane Trust, sold the home at 81 Brookside Lane to David Bodee, of Palm Coast, for $178,000. Built in 1999, it has three bedrooms, two baths, a pool, a spa and 1,552 square feet of living area. It sold in 2014 for $98,800.

Secretary of Housing and Urban Development sold the house at 3 Larchmont Place to Svyatoslav and Yelena Maryan, of Arlington Heighs, Illinois, for $140,000. Built in 2005, it has three bedrooms, two baths and 2,300 square feet of lving area.

Palm Harbor
Jose and Joan Jimenez, of Palm Coast, sold the home at 13 Carlson Lane to Mary Withers Runnells II, of Palm Coast, for $389,000. Built in 1992, it has four bedrooms, two baths, a pool, a fireplace, a boat dock and 2,139 square feet of living area. It sold in 2008 for $395,000.

Bank of New York Mellon sold the home at 48 Pine Grove Drive to Diane and Terence Zwirn, of Lilburn, Georgia, for $130,800. Built in 2005, it has four bedrooms, two baths and 2,361 square feet of living area.

Secretary of Housing and Urban Development sold the house at 23 Pittman Drive to Atlantic RE Group Inc. for $124,011. Built in 2005, it has five bedrooms, two baths and 2,501 square feet of living area. It sold in 2014 for $167,900.

Dawn Saffert, of Palm Coast, sold the home at 28 Montauk Lane to Billy and Pablita Wood, of Palm Coast, for $203,000. Built in 1995, it has four bedrooms, two baths, a pool and 2,105 square feet of living area. It sold in 2003 for $222,000.

Matthew Joseph Welsh sold the home at 3 Waldron Place to David and Janis Richardson, of Palm Coast, for $146,500. Built in 1994, it has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,719 square feet of living area. It sold in 2011 for $95,000.

Nancy Kohlepp, of Palm Coast, sold the home at 3 Wynnfield Drive to Thomas and Regina Hemstreet, of Melrose Park, Illinois, for $125,000. Built in 1987, it has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,461 square feet of living area.

Willaim and Jean Borden, of South Daytona, sold the home at 15 Winterling Place to Gary Wayne Kirsch and Arles Kirsch, of Palm Coast, for $150,000. Built in 1991, it has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,867 square feet of living area. It sold in 2005 for $190,000.

Quail Hollow
Fannie Mae sold the home at 60 Zaul Trail to Spencer Farella and Brittany Farella, of Palm Coast, for $140,100. Built in 2004, it has three bedrooms, two baths and 2,276 square feet of living area.

Iva Chamless and Linda Chamless and Glenn Kirwan and Letita Kirwan, of Rockledge, sold the condo at 45 Riverview Bend S., Unit 1924, to Elisabet Lillywhite, of Palm Coast, for $150,900. Built in 2006, it has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,254 square feet of living area.

Willow Woods
Caesar and Monica Campana, of Palm Coast, sold the home at 5 Debra Lane to Blake and Courtney VandeBunte, of Bunnell, for $230,000. Built in 1994, it has three bedrooms, two baths, a pool, a fireplace and 1,812 square feet of living area. It sold in 2003 for $170,000.
