A Palm Harbor home tops the sales list for Flagler County residential real estate transactions the week of Feb. 5-11. Daniel and Carole Rice sold the home at 3 Caitlin Court to Elmar Locker and Brenda Lee Locker, of Seneca Falls, New York, for $840,000. Built in 2004, it has four bedrooms, 3.5 baths, a pool, a spa, a fireplace, a boat dock and house and 3,384 square feet of living area.

BUNNELL
Shawn Eakin and Keri Angel Eakin, of Bunnell, sold the home at 3165 Water Oak Road to Arturo Torres Jr., of Lincolnwood, Illinois, for $185,000. Built in 1991, it has four bedrooms, two baths, a pole barn and 2,373 square feet of living area.

Cedar Island
James and Deborah Hill sold the home at 2539 Palm Ave. to Deborah Phillips and Gregory Phillips, of Bensenville, Illinois, for $395,000. Built in 2004, it has three bedrooms, 2.5 baths, a fireplace, a pool and 2,567 square feet of living area.

Fuquay
Eric Lincoln, of Palm Coast, sold the home at 1401 Daytona Ave. S. to Debra Goldstein Boyer and Clifton C. Boyer, of Flagler Beach, for $440,000. Built in 2014, it has three bedrooms, two baths and 2,009 square feet of living area.

George Moody
Scott Bakkum, Karen Alberthal, Jamie Page, Gene Bakkum and Andrea Bakkum Wolpert, individually and as trustees of the Larry J. Bakkum and Marguerite I. Bakkum Living Trust, sold the home at 1203 Central Ave. to Edward Koury, of Port Orange, to $155,000. Built in 1960, it has two bedrooms, one bath and 859 square feet of living area. It sold in 2012 for $107,000.

Flagler County Holdings LLC sold the home at 43 Privacy Lane to Walter and Debra Bishop, of Magnolia, Delaware, for $184,000. Built in 2004, it has three bedrooms, two bath and 1,939 square feet of living area. It sold in 2014 for $114,500.

Halina Petsukevich, of Brookhaven, Connecticut, sold the home at 39 Egret Trail to William Dinguis and Maria Martinez, of Palm Coast, for $270,000. Built in 2014, it has three bedrooms, two baths, a pool and 2,063 square feet of living area.

Grand Haven
Paul Szabo and Adelaide Szabo, of Palm Coast, sold the home at 53 Waterside Parkway W. to Anna Eschner, of Palm Coast, for $192,500. Built in 2004, it has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,615 square feet of living area.
Edward and Charlotte Tabachini, of Narragansett, Rhode Island, sold the home at 17 Lakeside Way to Robert Bardach, of Cortlandt Manor, New York, for $275,000. Built in 2006, it has three bedrooms, two baths and 2,012 square feet of living area.

Steven Thomas and Bruce Garrison, trustees of the 120 Beacon Mill Lane, sold the home at 120 Beacon Mill Lane to Rigoberto Negron and Maria Negron, of Orange, New Jersey, for $145,000. Lucy Vigdorchik, of Sherman Oaks, California, sold the home at 42 Buttermilk Drive to Aneta Zhiltsova and Elizabeth Chandler, of Brooklyn, New York, for $120,000. Built in 2005, it has three bedrooms, two baths and 2,014 square feet of living area.

Denis Grechushkin, of Palm Coast, sold the home at 8 Russell Drive to Charles Wayne McDivitt, of Palm Coast, for $162,500. Built in 2004, it has three bedrooms, two baths, a pool and 1,575 square feet of living area. The home sold in 2010 for $120,000.
Deutsche Bank Trust sold the home at 68 Ryder Drive to Juan Rivera, Norma Rivera and Madeline Rivera Outlaw, of Palm Coast for $149,100. Built in 2005, it has five bedrooms, three baths and 2,747 square feet of living area. It sold in 2005 for $325,000.

Linae and Miguel Salinas, of Quartz Hill, California, sold the home at 27 Lyndenhurst Lane to Dawn Marie Silverio, of St. Augustine, for $170,000. Built in 2004, it has four bedrooms, two baths, a pool and 1,836 square feet of living area.
Bank of New York sold the home at 12 Lamar Lane to Michael H. Paleczny and Fang Wang for $134,000. Built in 2006, it has four bedrooms, two baths and 2,244 square feet of living area. It sold in 2014 for $104,100.

David Harpaz sold the home at 34 Flamingo Drive to Michael Struhar, of Palm Coast, for $125,000. Built in 1989, it has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,549 square feet of living area. It sold in 2004 for $158,500.
Harry Brian Haney, of Port Charlotte, sold the home at 60 Foxhall Lane to Equity Trust Company for $103,000. Built in 1987, it has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,179 square feet of living area. It sold in 2000 for $72,900.

Pine Grove
Fannie Mae sold the home at 25 Philox Lane to Alfred Ruiz, of Palm Coast, for $94,000. Built in 1997, it has three bedrooms, 1.5 baths and 1,100 square feet of living area.

Fannie Mae sold the home at 33 Westchester Lane to Merritt Algernon Robertson Sr., of Palm Coast, for $160,000. Built in 2006, it has four bedrooms, two baths and 2,115 square feet of living area. It sold in 2014 for $236,200.
Alexander Kizhner, of Richmond Hill, New York, sold the home at 26 Westrock Lane to Joshua Veileux, of Palm Coast, for 4147,000. Built in 2003, it has three bedrooms, two baths and 2,020 square feet of living area.
Linda Mitchell sold the home at 12 Woodfair Lane to Hsaron Wheat and Laura Wilhelm, of Palm Coast, for $163,500. Built in 1996, it has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,959 square feet of living area. It sold in 2001 for $123,000.
Robert Lem Jr., of Rocky Point, North Carolina, and Wallie Anne Haley, of Orange Park, sold the home at 9 Woodston Lane to Kay Fritter, of Palm Coast, for $140,000. Built in 1995, it has three bedrooms, two baths, a pool, a spa and 1,349 square feet of living area. It sold in 2009 for $130,000.

Quail Hollow
Michael and Diane Grant, of Crescent City, sold the home at 10 Kainite Place to Thomas Eugene Yeatts and Melanie Yeatts, of Palm Coast, for $160,000. Built in 2004, it has four bedrooms, two baths and 2,255 square feet of living area.
POL Investors Group Inc. sold the home at 17 Zebulahs Trail to Dorothy Griggs, of Bunnell, for $126,900. Built in 2002, it has three bedrooms, to baths and 1,304 square feet of living area. It sold in 2014 for $83,000.

Woodlands
Frode Nilsen and Janet Judith Nilsen, of Palm Coast, sold the home at 42 Blakemore Drive to Lori Wilson and Hal Wilson, of Flagler Beach, for $125,000. Built in 19980, it has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,629 square feet of living area. It sold in 2012 for $81,000.
Muriel Smarge, of Navarre, sold the home at 42 Brunett Lane to Jason Savick, of Jacksonville, for $160,000. Built in 2001, it has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,667 square feet of living area. It sold in 2006 for $284,000.
