A Hammock Dunes Portofino condo tops the sales list for Flagler County residential real estate transactions the week of April 30 to May 6. Marlene Robinson and Edwin Robinson, of Palm Coast, sold the condo at 7 Avenue De La Mer, Unit 904, to Humaira Tanveer, of Englewood, Colorado, for $785,000. Built in 2003, it has three bedrooms, three baths and 2,390 square feet of living area.

Cochran Place
John Peake, of Woodside, New York, sold the home at 820 N. Central Ave. to Joseph and Mona Kerr, of Maryville, Tennessee, for $310,000. Built in 1989, it has five bedrooms, three baths, a fireplace and 2,296 square feet of living area.
