A house in Breakaway Trails was the top real estate sales transaction for the week of April 26 through May 2 in Ormond Beach and Ormond-by-the-Sea. Breakaway Trails Inc., of Daytona Beach, sold 57 Tomoka Ridge Way to Ketul and Roshni Patel, of Ormond Beach, for $699,074. Built in 2015, the house has five bedrooms, four baths, a swimming pool and 4,499 square feet. This was the first sale.

Ormond Beach

Carol Bergman, of Ormond Beach, sold 319 Oak Fern Circle to James C. and James W. Reaves, of Ormond Beach, for $230,000. Built in 1983, the house has four bedrooms, two baths, a fireplace, swimming pool and 2,420 square feet. It sold in 2014 for $230,000.

Robert Carlon and Patricia Sikes, of Ormond Beach, sold 319 S. Ridgewood Ave. to Alan Libby, of Ormond Beach, for $197,500. Built in 1957, the house has four bedrooms, three baths and 2,215 square feet. It sold in 1997 for $66,000.

Ann Burt, of Ormond Beach, sold 498 Druid Circle to Troy and Ariel Turner, of Ormond Beach, for $189,900. Built in 1963, the house has three bedrooms, two baths, a fireplace and 1,466 square feet. It sold in 1979 for $67,000.

Vladimir and Nadejda Koretsky, of Raleigh, North Carolina, sold 15 Clydesdale Drive to Jarrod and Christine Koskoski, of Ormond Beach, for $180,000. Built in 2003, the house has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,614 square feet. It sold in 2003 for $160,000.

Jeffrey Wahl, of Port Orange, sold 43 Oakview Circle to Amanda Torres and Craig Frick, of Ormond Beach, for $165,000. Built in 1958, the house has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,566 square feet. It sold in 1998 for $82,000.

George Basbas, individually and as trustee, sold 539 Sandy Oaks Blvd. to James and Priscilla Basbas Revocable Living Trust, of Ashfield, Maine, for $156,000. Built in 1987, the house has three bedrooms, two baths, a fireplace and 1,681 square feet. It sold in 2008 for $200,000.

Danny Vance, of Jacksonville, sold 28 Village Drive to Deana Frechette, of Ormond Beach, for $120,000. Built in 1980, the house has three bedrooms, two baths, a fireplace and 1,662 square feet. No other qualified sales were listed.

Fannie Mae Association, of Dallas, sold 280 S. Center St. to Thomas and Jacqueline Arnold, of Ormond Beach, for $109,500. Built in 1973, the house has three bedrooms, three baths and 1,911 square feet. It sold in 2005 for $200,000.

Breakaway Trails

Thambyratnam and Faithlyn Thiruchelvam, of Ormond Beach, sold 3 Double Branch Way to Daniel and Kay Florio, of Ormond Beach, for $306,000. Built in 1994, the house has four bedrooms, four baths, a fireplace and 3,078 square feet. No other qualified sales were listed.

Castlegate

Maria Kopec, of Ormond Beach, sold 5 King Edward Drive to Marty and Cornelia Boice, of Ormond Beach, for $215,000. Built in 1997, the house has four bedrooms, two baths, a fireplace and 2,292 square feet. It sold in 2012 for $155,000.

Halifax Plantation

Gary and Winifred Pilardi, of Ormond Beach, sold 1318 Asher Court to Harry and Joyce Fieber, of Ormond Beach, for $165,900. Built in 2002, the house has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,684 square feet. It sold in 2014 for $172,900.

Ormond Lakes

Scott and Kristy Milam, of Ormond Beach, sold 90 Emerald Oaks Lane to Ryan and Heather Welch, of Ormond Beach, for $432,000. Built in 2003, the house has five bedrooms, three baths, two fireplaces and 3,585 square feet. It sold in 2009 for $414,000.

Ryan and Heather Welch, of Ormond Beach, sold 35 Wild Cat Lane to Robert Pruden, of Campbell, New York, for $250,000. Built in 2001, the house has three bedrooms, two baths, a swimming pool and 1,951 square feet. It sold in 2009 for $248,000.

Plantation Bay

Betty Jackson, of Rotterham, England, Eric Jackson, of Sussex, England, and Nicholas Jackson, of Lancashire, England, sold 1256 Sunningdale Lane to Everett Niewoener, of Springhill, Tennessee, for $220,000. Built in 2001, the house has three bedrooms, two baths, a fireplace and 2,060 square feet. It sold in 2005 for $292,000.

Joseph and Agnes Costello, of Holland Patent, New York, sold 1130 Hansberry Court to Shannon MacDonald and Carl Seaver, of Bend, Oregon, for $178,000. Built in 2005, the townhouse has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,551 square feet. It sold in 2005 for $161,400.

Mahmood Dezhkam and Marzieh Babazadeh Khorasani, of Ormond Beach, sold 921 Brookridge Lane to David and Kimberly Bertram, of Ormond Beach, for $174,500. Built in 2004, the house has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,607 square feet. No other qualified sales were listed.

Marshall and Linda Kaplan, of Ponce Inlet, sold 2 Choctaw Trail to Robert and Dawn Kamen, of Ormond Beach, for $262,500. Built in 1978, the house has three bedrooms, two baths, a fireplace and 2,343 square feet. It sold in 1987 for $139,000.

Ormond-by-the-Sea

Joanne Marchese, as trustee, sold 109 Capri Drive to Beth and Timothy Shirley, of Ormond Beach, for $365,000. Built in 2015, the house has three bedrooms, three baths and 2,109 square feet. No other qualified sales were listed.

Roger Grubic, individually and as trustee, sold 3661 John Anderson Drive to Donald and Susan Vaughn, of Ormond Beach, for $357,500. Built in 1974, the house has three bedrooms, three baths, a fireplace, swimming pool and 2,670 square feet. It sold in 2003 for $295,000.

U.S. Bank National Association, as trustee, sold 2 Sea Shore Drive to 2 Sea Shore LLC, of St. Augustine, for $260,000. Built in 1957, the house has two bedrooms, one bath and 1,222 square feet. It sold in 2002 for $180,000.
