John and Julia Wilson, of Palm Coast, sold the home at 2 Cherrytree Court to 2 Cherrytree LLC for $459,000. Built in 1998, it has four bedrooms, two baths, a pool, a boat dock and 2,693 square feet of living area.

Keith Stewart Mundis, of Taylor, South Carolina, sold the home at 321 12th St. N. to Charles Merenda, of Flagler Beach, for $277,000. Built in 1985, it has three bedrooms, two baths, a pool, a boat dock, house and lift and 1,658 square feet of living area.
