A Hammock Dunes Tuscany condo tops the sales list for Flagler County residential real estate transactions the week of Feb. 26 to March 4. Richard Alan Lumpp and Mary Buchanan Lumpp, of Punta Gorda, sold the condo at 85 Avenue De La Mer, Unit 1103, to Barbara Anne Kuhns and Constance Susan Ritter, of Dallas, Texas, for $1.16 million. Built in 2006, it has four bedrooms, three baths and 2,690 square feet of living area. It sold in 2007 for $1.45 million.
 

FLAGLER BEACH
Ocean Palm
William Praus Jr. and Shawna Kornel, of Flagler Beach, sold the home at 233 Ocean Palm Drive to Todd Fringer, of Flagler Beach, for $273,500. Built in 1983, it has three bedrooms, two baths, a fireplace and 1,638 square feet of living area. It sold in 2010 for $160,000. The fireplace was added in 2014.

Joseph Robert McGowen, of Yulee, sold the home at 304 N. 12th St. to Steve James Matrangos and Ellen Tash Mantrangos, of Kennesaw, Georgia, for $275,000. Built in 1980, it has three bedrooms, two baths, a boat dock and 1,990 square feet of living area.

Plantation Bay
FF Florida Residential LLC sold the home at 714 Woodbridge Court to Thomas Cataruzolo, or Ormond Beach, for $617,482. Built in 2015, it has three bedrooms, two baths and 2,714 square feet of living area. It sold in 2010 for $250,000.
 

PALM COAST
Cypress Knoll
Wells Fargo Bank sold the home at 38 Edgewater Drive to Gail Bancer, of Palm Coast, for $180,575. Built in 2001, it has four bedrooms, two baths, a pool and 2,218 square feet of living area.
 

Grand Haven
Bank of New York sold the home at 8 Osprey Circle to David Hessert and Christina Jamieson, of Palm Coast, for $353,000. Built in 2001, it has three bedrooms, three baths, a pool, a fireplace, a summer kitchen and 2,829 square feet.

Natalia Zelenina, of Delray Beach, sold the home at 3 St. Andrews Court to Teymuraz Khokhobaya, of Elmwood Park, New Jersey, for $240,000. Built in 2000, it has four bedroooms, two baths, a pool and 2,085 square feet.

Peter Stirrup, individually and trustee of the Virgilene Stirrup Trust, sold the home at 6 Montilla Place to Larry and Ann Newsome, of Palm Coast, for $500,000. Built in 2000, it has three bedrooms, four baths, a pool and 3,540 square feet of living area. It sold in 2010 for $710,000.

Marijann Mover, of Champaign, Illinois, sold the home at 5 Ocean Oaks Lane to Richard and Yvonne Woods, of Palm Coast, for $510,000. Built in 2003, it has three bedrooms, two baths, a pool and 2,649 square feet of living area.
 

Hammock Beach Ocean Towers
Anthony Marinatos, of Jacksonville, sold the condo at 200 Ocean Crest Drive, Unit 346, to Barton Corneal and Sandra Yeager Corneal, of St. Augustine, for $590,000. Built in 2007, it has three bedrooms, three baths and 2,058 square feet of living area.

Jeffery and Deborah Hankey, of Stafford, Virginia, sold the home at 8 Bressler Lane to Antonio Capela and Jayd Allen Capela, of Palm Coast, for $55,000. Built in 1986, it has three bedrooms, two baths, a pool, a spa and 1,249 square feet of living area. It sold in 2005 for $147,500.

Catherine Vyvyan and Richard Vyvyan sold the home at 4 Burna Place to Robert Paullisky, of Palm Coast, for $138,000. Built in 1997. it has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,395 square feet of living area.
 

Lehigh Woods
Pedro and Luzia Pires, of Palm Coast, sold the home at 6 Regency Drive to Dennis Michale Cwalina and Hortencia Izabel Venegas, of Palm Coast, for $169,200. Built in 2003, it has four bedrooms, two baths, a fireplace and 2,016 square feet of living area. It sold in 2014 for $109,500.

Fannie Mae sold the home at 25 Rocking Lane to Dennis and Susan Wagner, of Palm Coast, for $137,700. Built in 2004, it has two bedrooms, two baths, a pool and 1,234 square feet of living area.

Robert Foley, of Patchogue, New York, sold the home at 7 Rockne Lane to Earlwyn Vespry and Bryan Vespry, of Palm Coast, for $125,000. Built in 1987, it has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,659 square feet of living area.

Glorida Potrelli, of Ormond Beach, sold the home at 42 Ryder Drive to Steven Bryant and Michelle McFarlane-Bryant, of Palm Coast, for $133,500. Built in 2001, it has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,367 square feet of living area.

HSBC Bank sold the home at 31 Ryecrest Lane to Sergey Leonidovich Lopatnikov and Devee Tsevegmid, of Palm Coast, for $160,000. Built in 2006, it has four bedrooms, two baths and 2,053 square feet of living area.

K Investment Properties LLC sold the home at 7 Ryker Lane to Patricia Ramos, of Palm Coast, for $127,000. Built in 2002, it has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,344 square feet of living area.
 

Palm Harbor
Carolyn Carison, of The Villages, sold the home at 31 Farraday Lane to Raymond Stone and Kelly Stone, of Palm Coast, for $230,000. Built in 1975, it has three bedrooms, two baths, a boat dock and 1,687 square feet of living area. It sold in 1998 for $120,000.

Jennifer Dowhanick Morrissette, trustee of the Jeanette Dowhanick Living Trust, sold the home at 105 Farragut Drive to Richard Drujon, of Palm Coast, for $115,000.
 

Pine Grove
Galina Lee and Daria Karpova sold the home at 6 Pickston Lane to Vlasova Lidiya and Valentin Lebedev, of Brooklyn, New York, for $150,000. Built in 2004, it has three bedrooms, two baths and 2,036 square feet of living area.

Wesley Cameron and Elfreda Cameron, of Trenton, New Jersey, sold the home at 17 Piermount Lane to Matalia Siriak, of Ramat Hasharon, Isreal, for $138,500. Built in 2006, it has four bedrooms, two baths and 2,093 square feet of living area.

FL House LLC sold the home at 34 Pineapple Drive to Thomas and Laurie Madden, of Palm Coast, for $150,000. Built in 1986, it has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,491 square feet of living area. It sold in 2014 for $72,000.

Federal Home Loan Morgage Corp. sold the home at 38 Porter Lane to Anthony and Hilary Macchia, of Palm Coast, for $237,000. Built in 2004, it has four bedrooms, three baths, a pool, a spa, a fireplace and 2,812 square feet of living area.

Laura Margarita Castro and Sherman Lee Barnes, of Palm Coast, sold the home at 52 Potterville Lane to David Miserendino, of Patterson, New York, for $235,000. Built in 2010, it has six bedrooms, 4.5 baths and 3,902 square feet.
 

Pine Lakes
Aldo Antonio Mazzella and Marilou Mazzella, of Palm Coast, sold the home at 14 Wasserman Drive to Alexander Bukhteev and Antonina Boukhteeva, of Palm Coast, for $110,000. Built in 1998, it has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,508 square feet of living area.

Fannie Mae sold the home at 33 Whirlaway Drive to Rickie Knight and Ember Knight, of Palm Coast, for $180,000. Built in 2005, it has three bedrooms, two baths, a fireplace and 2,148 square feet of living area.

Mary Ickes sold the home at 16 Cedar Point Drive to Allen Dennison and Cecilia Dennison, of Fremont, Indiana. Built in 2003, it has three bedrooms, two baths, a pool, a spa and 1,666 square feet of living area.

Gary Gray and Carla Gray, of Luther, Michigan, sold the home at 73 Secretary Trail to Kevin Perrott and Margaret Perrott, of Palm Coast, for $147,000. Built in 2006, it has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,759 square feet.

Surf Club
Timothy Daugherty, of Palm Coast, sold the condo at 60 Surfview Drive, Unit 307, to Thomas William Gwaltney Jr. and Neia Stone Gwaltney, of Coral Springs, for $257,000. Built in 2004, it has three bedrooms, 2.5 baths and 1,640 square feet of living area.

Dixco LLC sold the condo at 75 Riverview Bend S., Unit 1624, to Mary Elizabeth Moore, of Palm Coast, for $150,000. Built in 2006, it has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,283 square feet of living area.

Capital Income and Grown Fund LLC sold the home at 3 Elizabeth Drive E. to Coral and Tony Senes, of Trumbull, Connecticut, for $140,900. Built in 1975, it has three bedrooms, two baths, a fireplace and 2,902 square feet of living area.
 

Woodlands
U.S. Bank sold the home at 60 Black Alder Drive to Daniel MacLeod III and Erin MacLeod, of Palm Coast, for $152,500. Built in 1989, it has four bedrooms, two baths, a pool, a fireplace and 2,107 square feet of living area.
