A Palm Harbor home tops the sales list for Flagler County residential real estate transactions the week of Feb. 19-25. Brenda Lee Williams, successor trustee of the ShirleyWilliams and Walter Williams, sold the home at 80 Club House Drive to Tanya Gillette, of Syracuse, Indiana, for $645,000. Built in 1996, it has four bedrooms, 3.5 baths, a pool, a spa, a fireplace, a summer kitchen, a boat dock and house and 4,062 square feet of living area.

Fannie Mae sold the home at 1935 Daytona Ave. S. to Vicki Worrall, of Flagler Beach, for $237,000. Built in 1980, it has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,374 square feet of living area. It sold in 2014 for $94,500.
George Moody
Federal Home Loan Morgage Corp. sold the home at 20 Sixth St. N. to Stephen Fann and Jffrey Mayer, of Gallatin, Tennessee, for $209,000. Built in 1949, it has four bedrooms, one bath, a fireplace and 1,226 square feet of living area.
