A Hammock Dunes condo tops the sales list for Flagler County residential real estate transactions the week of Aug. 7-13. Peter Appel, of Bedford Corners, New York, sold the condo at 7 Avenue De La Mer, Unit 1106, to Fore You Capital LLC for $1.115 million. Built in 2003, it has four bedrooms, three baths and 2,960 square feet of living area.
 

FLAGLER BEACH
Fuquay
Patricia Jo Page, of Sterling, Virginia, Edward Page, of Gulfport, Rebecca Page and David Page, of Frederick, Maryland, sold the home at 1539 S. Central Ave. to Theodore and Doreen Harvey, of Apopka, for $220,000. Built in 1965, it has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,848 square feet of living area.

Cheree Mahoney and Jeremiah Mahoney, of Flagler County, sold the home at 416 Bryan St. to Joseph and Christina Checci, of Flagler Beach, for $206,000. Built in 2002, it has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,313 square feet of living area.
Christopher and Karyn Ware, of Opelika, Alabama, sold the home at 413 Connecticut Ave. to Michael Tolbert, of Flagler Beach, for $230,000. Built in 2005, it has three bedrooms, three baths and 1,898 square feet of living area. It sold in 2011 for $190,000.

Thomas and Ebru Snodgrass, of Flagler Beach, sold the home at 2220 S. Central Ave. to Edward Walter Garris III and Pamela Garris, of Flagler Beach, for $350,000. Built in 1990, it has three bedrooms, 2.5 baths, a pool and 3,115 square feet of living area. It sold in 2003 for $392,000.

James and Julie Eads, of Flagler Beach, sold the home at 13 Audubon Lane to Jennifer Dawson Allison, of Flagler Beach, for $467,500. Built in 2000, it has three bedrooms, 3.5 baths, a fireplace and 3,230 square feet of living area. It sold in 2003 for $502,500.

Roland and Florence Gomez, of Palm Coast, sold the home at 12 Village View Drive to James and Sandra Mankowich, of Palm Coast, for $265,000. Built in 2002, it has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,770 square feet of living area.
Alex and Jacqueline Kwan, of Chevy Chase, Maryland, sold the home at 24 Jasmine Drive to Lawrence and Meredith Hedges, of Suwanee, Georgia, for $405,000. Built in 2004, it has three bedrooms, 3.5 baths, a pool, a spa, a fireplace and 2,819 square feet of living area.

Old Street Properties LLC sold the condo at 150 Avenue De La Mer, Unit 1802, to Patricia Thomas, of Bloomfield, Connecticut, for $449,000. Built in 2006, it has three bedrooms, 2.5 baths and 2,463 square feet of living area.

Stephen Osmeloski and Steve Edson, of Palm Coast, sold the home at 135 Whispering Pine Drive to Reed and Louella Wilson, of Palm Coast, for $145,000. Built in 1991, it has three bedrooms, two abths and 1,656 square feet of living area. It sold earlier this year for $93,000.
TJKR LLC sold the home at 66 Wood Cedar Drive to John and Irma Merced, of Palm Coast, for $175,000. Built in 1987, it has three bedrooms, two baths, a pool and 1,669 square feet of living area. It sold earlier this year for $100,000.
William and Anne Boise, of DeLand, sold the home at 22 Wood Clift Lane to Jeremy Akins, of Palm Coast, for $159,000. Built in 2000, it has four bedrooms, two baths, a fireplace and 2,020 square space of living area.
JKR Investment Group, Inc. sold the home at 35 Woodbury Drive to Jennifer Ann Piccirillo, of Palm Coast, for $128,500. Built in 1999, it has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,380 square feet of living area.
Elizabeth Morrison, of Palm Coast, sold the home at 119 Wynnfield Drive to Betty Towns and Gary Winkel, of Grand Island, New York, for $215,000. Built in 1999, it has three bedrooms, two baths, a pool and 1,970 square feet of living area.

Thomas and Ibette Silver, of Palm Coast, sold the home at 2 Seagirt Court to Larry and Laura Black, of Palm Coast, for $145,000. Built in 1992, it has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,841 square feet of living area. It sold in 2004 for $140,000.
Mary Alexander and Merita Hall, trustees of the Merita Hall Trust, of Palm Coast, sold the home at 377 Underwood Trail to Michael and Jessica Payton, of Palm Coast, for $90,000. Built in 1993, it has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,652 square feet of living area.
