A Grand Haven home tops the sales list for Flagler County residential real estate transactions the week of Sept. 25 through Oct. 1. Peter Roberts and Carla McArdle, of Vienna, Virginia, sold the home at 27 Front St. to Kevin Kupec and Nancy Moffat, of The Villages, for $555,000. Built in 2002, it has three bedrooms, 2.5 baths, a summer kitchen, a dock and 2,821 square feet of living area.

John Gantt and Connor Gantt, of Isle of Palms, South Carolina, sold the home at 3342 N. Oceanshore Blvd. to Anthony and Tina Markese, of Clermont, for $528,000.
