A Hammock Dunes home tops the sales list for Flagler County residential real estate transactions the week of Sept. 18-24. Charles Roegge, of Palm Coast, sold the home at 1 Anastasia Court to Vito LaBruzzo Sr. and Karen LaBruzzo, of Winston Salem, North Carolina, for $540,000. Built in 1994, it has three bedrooms, 3.5 baths, a pool, a spa, a fireplace and 3,514 square feet of living area.

Fuquay
Bruce Delaini, Sharon Delaini, Eugene Delaini and Jack Delaini, of Flagler Beach, sold the home at 1632 S. Daytona Ave. to Timothy and Debra Foster, of Oswego, New York, for $190,000. Built in 1981, it has two bedrooms, two baths, a fireplace, a pole barn and 1,152 square feet of living area.

River View Point
John and Elizabeth Liccardo, of Flagler Beach, sold the home at 629 Riverview Road to Mark and Elaine Winter, of Alpharetta, Georgia, for $319,000. Built in 1993, it has three bedrooms, two baths and 2,051 square feet of living area.

Everett and Anita Jackson, of Cantonsville, Maryland, sold the home at 57 Edith Pope Drive to Henryk and Helena Golaszewski, of Massapequa, New York, for $238,000. Built in 2006, it has three bedrooms, two baths, a fireplace and 2,122 square feet of living area.

Grand Haven
Raymond and Ann Stanhope, of Amelia Island, sold the home at 14 Egret Drive to Richard and Rochelle Wright, of St. Paul, Minnesota, for $300,000. Built in 2002, it has three bedrooms, two baths, a spa and 2,456 square feet of living area.
Marvin and Leah Cook, of University Park, sold the home at 12 Lakeside Drive to Amelia and John Bielski, of East Brunswick, New Jersey, for $$435,000. Built in 2006, it has four bedrooms, 3.5 baths, a pool, a spa, a fireplace and 2,860 square feet of living area.
