A Harbor Village Marina home tops the sales list for Flagler County residential real estate transactions the week of Sept. 11-17. Julian and Angela Jackson, of Palm Coast, sold the home at 283 Yacht Harbor Drive to Huguette Laberge, of Palm Coast, for $570,000. Built in 2001, it has three bedrooms, four baths, an elevator and 3,261 square feet of living area.

Stephen and Lindsey Wolfe, of Eureka, California, sold the home at 615 Fifth St. to Greenslade Bros LLC for $128,500. Built in 2005, it has three bedrooms, two baths, a pool and 1,439 square feet of living area.
