A Hammock Beach condo tops the sales list for Flagler County residential real estate transactions the week of Oct. 16-22. Wright Capital Fund LLC sold the condo at 200 Oceancrest Drive, Unit 152, to Tara Marchand and Jean Marc Marchand, of Jacksonville, for $600,000. Built in 2007, it has three bedrooms, 3.5 baths and 2,177 square feet of living area.

Dale Dittbenner, of Flagler Beach, sold the home at 5203 John Anderson Highway to Ricker S. Alford III, of Flagler Beach, for $393,000. Built in 1989, it has three bedrooms, three baths, a fireplace, a barn and 2,906 square feet of living area.

Fuquay
Derrol Miller, of Flagler Beach, sold the home at 1340 S. Flagler Ave. to William Shields and Molly Krevi Shields, of Flagler Beach, for $181,000. Built in 1990, it has three bedrooms, one bath and 1,188 square feet of living area.

Ocean Palm
