A Hammock Dunes home tops the sales list for Flagler County residential real estate transactions the week of Oct. 9-15. Thomas and Mary Ann Richason, of Palm Coast, sold the home at 107 Calle Del Sur to Adly Land Holding Inc. for $2.825 million. Built in 2010, it has six bedrooms, six baths, a pool, a fireplace, an elevator and 5,506 square feet of living area.

Angela DiBenedetto, of Flagler Beach, sold the home at 1505 Daytona Ave. N. to Carpock LLC for $200,000. Built in 2010, it has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,981 square feet of living area.

Belle Terre
Linda White, of St. Augustine, sold the home at 25 Peninsula Lane to Jimmy Lee Thacker and Tiffany Ann Thacker, of Palm Coast, for $122,000. Built in 1990, it has three bedrooms, two baths, a pool and 1,719 square feet of living area.

Cypress Knoll
KB Home Gold Coast LLC sold the home at 17 Emerson Drive to Patricia Carmo, of Palm Coast, for $163,000. Built in 2014, it has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,865 square feet of living area.

Grand Haven
Carl Franz and Rosemary Franz, of Waycross, Georgia, sold the home at 4 Shinnecock Court to Kathleen Fuss, of Rutherford, New Jersey, for $277,000. Built in 1998, it has four bedrooms, three baths and 2,311 square feet of living area.
Asset and Acquisition Resolution Entity LLC sold the home at 32 Village Parkway N. to Kenny Davis and Jill Davis, of Palm Coast, for $332,000. Sold in 2006, it has three bedrooms, 2.5 baths, a summer kitchen and 3,169 square feet of living area.
