A Hammock Beach home tops the sales list for Flagler County residential real estate transactions the week of Oct. 2-8. Robert Helmick and Todd Comeens, trustees of the 6 Hammock Beach Court Trust, sold the home at 6 Hammock Beach Court to Ronald and Staci Martin, of Davidsonville Maryland, for $1.5 million. Built in 2009, it has four bedrooms, four baths, a fireplace, an elevator and 4,327 square feet of living area.
 

FLAGLER BEACH
Dolphin Cove
Catherine Cerniglia, trustee of the Patricia Ann Pirard Trust, of Flagler Beach, sold the home at 1809 N. Central Ave. to William Donald Clark and Beverly Ann Clark, of Rincon, Georgia, for $530,000. Built in 2002, it has five bedrooms, 5.5 baths, an elevator and 4,175 square feet of living area.

Venice Park
Gregory DiVico, trustee of the Mary Louise DiVico Declaration of Trust, sold the home at 160 Lantana Ave. to Jamie Lee Bullock, of Bunnell, for $230,000. Built in 1973, it has three bedrooms, three baths, a boat dock, house and lift and 1,926 square feet of living area.
 

FLAGLER COUNTY
Frank Stephen Brunson and Stacey Lyn Brunson, of Ormond Beach, sold the home at 20 Maple St. to Roger William Bunn and Bonnie Hooper Bunn, of Rosemount, Minnesota, for $337,500. Built in 2004, it has three bedrooms, three baths and 2,621 square feet of living area.
 

PALM COAST
Canopy Walk
Ellen Badiner, of Reno, sold the condo at 200 Canopy Walk Lane, Unit 232, to Kyle Owns, of Los Angeles, for $195,000. Built in 2005, it has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,377 square feet of living area.

Grand Haven
Neil Hewitt Francis and Enkutatash Kebede Francis, of Jacksonville, sold the home at 68 Lagare St. to Izrail Grinshteyn and Lyudmilla Grinshteyn, of Palm Coast, for $370,000. Built in 2002, it has four bedrooms, two baths, a pool and 2,507 square feet of living area.
Henry Reid and Nan Reid, of Palm Coast, sold the home at 5 Shinnecock Drive to James and Carolyn McCutcheon, of The Villages, for $345,000. Built in 1999, it has three bedrooms, two baths, a pool, a spa, a summer kitchen and 2,136 square feet of living area.
Mansour Farsad and Forouzandeh Farsad, of Osprey, sold the home at 20 Southlake Drive to Eileen Weiner, of Palm Coast, for $303,000. Built in 2003, it has two bedrooms, two baths, a pool and 2,066 square feet of living area.

Carolyn Cass-Larmore, of Flagler Beach, sold the home at 37 Fountain Gate Lane to Robert Webster Mansour and Traci Mansour, of Flagler Beach, for $125,000. Built in 1987, it has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,481 square feet of living area.

Secretary of Veterans Affairs sold the home at 18 Serenity Place to Denis Grishin, of Lawrence Township, New Jersey, for $93,100. Built in 2005, it has three bedrooms, two bath and 1,331 square feet of living area.

Steven Thomas and Bruse Garrison, trustees of the 10 Weldon Way Trust, sold the home at 10 Weldon Way to Daniel Cantu, Erasmo Cantu and Gloria Cantu, of Palm Coast, for $420,000. Built in 1994, it has three bedrooms, two baths, a boat dock and 1,755 square feet of living area.
