PALM COAST BUSINESS ACTIVITY

According to Palm Coast’s Business Assistance Center, the following companies were issued tax receipts May 26-30:
• Coastal Breeze Investment Services LLC is an unclassified service at 2 Office Park Drive.
• Livingston & Sword P.A. is an attorney at 2 Pine Lakes Parkway N.
• Hammock Décor LLC is an interior decorator at 389 Palm Coast Parkway S.W.
• Home-based businesses: Cynthia Treschl’s Cleaning Service, a janitorial service; ALCA Trucks LLC, a trucking company; ALCA Trucks LLC, a handyman service; Hennessey Construction LLC, a handyman service.

The following is an update for permit activity in the city May 22-28. Total number of all permits issued: 138.

Commercial permits issued:
• Commercial Construction was issued a $85,000 permit for an interior renovation at 60 Memorial Medical Parkway, Unit 2812.
• Cornerstone Building was issued a $75,000 permit for a 50 x 100 Canopy at 11 Industry Drive.
• Palatka Welding was issued a $60,000 permit for to enclose an existing foyer at First Baptist Church at 6050 Palm Coast Parkway N.W.

Residential permits issued:
• Maronda Homes was issued a $359,000 permit for a single-family residence at 19 Ulmus Place.
• KB Homes was issued a $269,000 permit for a single-family residence at 129 Spoonbill Drive.
• PCM Homes Corp was issued a $266,000 permit for a single-family residence at 33 Bassett Lane.
• KB Homes was issued a $263,000 permit for a single-family residence at 109 South Starling Drive.
• KB Homes was issued a $197,000 permit for a single-family residence at 17 Sea Flower Path.
• Volusia Home Building was issued a $8,000 permit for an addition at 5 Winslow Place.
• Southern Accent Development was issued a $6,000 permit for an addition at 30 Barring Place.
• Luis Aviles was issued a $5,000 permit for an addition at 202 Bird of Paradise
Drive.
• Dacom Home Accents was issued a $3,000 permit for alterations at 3 Wainbush Place.

Occupancy permits issued:
• Coastal Breeze Erosion Control Office claimed occupancy at 2 Office Park Drive.
• Livingston and Sword Attorney claimed occupancy at 2 Pine Lakes Parkway N.,
Suite 3.

Certificates of occupancy issued:
• Coastal Reconstruction was issued a certificate of occupancy for interior renovations at the Kangaroo at 890 Palm Coast Parkway S.W.

Development Orders:
• Gioia Sails South, LLC was issued a tier-one technical site plan development order for Palm Coast Industrial Park Lot 18.
