PALM COAST BUSINESS ACTIVITY

According to Palm Coast’s Business Assistance Center, the following companies were issued tax receipts May 19 to May 23:

• Star Light Retro Diner is a restaurant at 227 St. Joe Plaza Drive.
• Home-based businesses: The Style Lineup, an Internet business; Coquina Home Services, a home health care business; Megan Johnson’s Cleaning Service, a janitorial service; Ana Raposo White as a Glove Cleaning Service, a janitorial service; All You Need Lawn & Landscaping, a tree surgeon; Mr. Kleen Cleaning Services LLC, a janitorial service; Sophia’s Choice Hands that Help, an unclassified personal service; 4K Apps Inc, an Internet business.

The following is an update for permit activity in the city May 15 to May 21. Total number of all permits issued: 176.

Commercial permit applications:
• Commercial Construction applied for an $84,944 permit for interior renovations at 60 Memorial Medical Parkway, Suite 2812.
Commercial permits issued:
• Haley Construction was issued a $84,000 permit to demolish the Red Lobster interior and renovate the Olive Garden interior at 5294 State Road 100.
• P & S Pavingwas issued a $300,000 permit for turn lanes and a driveway on the airport property at 720 Belle Terre Parkway.
• JC Marine Contractors was issued an $80,000 permit for a coquina seawall at 26 Longview Way North.

Residential permits issued:
• Intervest Construction was issued a $330,000 permit for a single-family residence at 111 Southlake Drive.
• Skyway Homes was issued a $308,000 permit for a single-family residence at 23 Heron Court.
• Maronda Homes was issued a $301,000 permit for a single-family residence at 19 Seamaiden Path.
• Saltwater Homes was issued a $295,000 permit for a single-family residence at 25 Edison Lane.
• Intervest Construction was issued a $287,000 permit for a single-family residence at 110 Front Street.
• PCM Homes Corp was issued a $266,000 permit for a single-family residence at 59 Beaverdam Lane.
• Maronda Homes was issued a $244,000 permit for a single-family residence at 35 Beckner Lane.
• Paytas Homes was issued a $234,000 permit for a single-family residence at 10 Graham Trail.
• Trivett Homes was issued a $225,000 permit for a single-family residence at 29 Serbian Bellflower Trail.
• Moss & Associates was issued a $98,000 permit for an alteration at 48 Pilgrim Drive.
• JGS Design was issued a $65,000 permit for an addition at 30 Erickson Place.
• Distinct Design was issued a $20,000 permit for an alteration at 52 Barring Place.
• Aluminum Creations was issued a $14,000 permit for an addition at 64 Bannerwood Lane.
• Budd Severino was issued a $13,000 permit for an addition at 220 Bird of Paradise Drive.
• A Certified Screen was issued a $11,000 permit for an alteration at 86 Lake Forest Place.
• Screen Concepts was issued a $11,000 permit for an addition at 25 Round Mill Lane.
• A Certified Screen was issued a $9,000 permit for an alteration at 32 Lake Forest Place.
• OZ Enterprises was issued a $3,000 permit for an alteration at 47 Bannerwood Lane.

Occupancy permits issued:
• U.S. Blinds and Windows claimed occupancy at 1070 Palm Coast Parkway N.W., Unit 6

Certificates of occupancy issued:
• CPG Construction was issued a certificate of occupancy for a 4-unit apartment building at 210 Brookhaven Court S.
• CPG Construction was issued a certificate of occupancy for a 4-unit apartment building at 196 Brookhaven Court S.
• CPG Construction was issued a certificate of occupancy for a 6-unit apartment building at 180 Brookhaven Court S.
• CPG Construction was issued a certificate of occupancy for a 6-unit apartment building at 160 Brookhaven Court S.
