A Rollins Dunes home tops the sales list for Flagler County residential real estate transactions the week of April 30 to May 6. Joseph and Julia Cosentino, of Palm Coast, sold the home at 7 Rollins Dunes Drive to Peggy Franklin, of Palm Coast, for $415,000. Built in 2005, it has three bedrooms, two baths, a pool and 2,013 square feet of living area.
 

FLAGLER BEACH
Fuquay
Frank Neuman Jr., of Winter Park, sold the home at 2104 S. Oceanshore Blvd. to Robert and Susan Philips, of Maple Glen Pennsylvania, for $356,000. Built in 1992, it has four bedrooms, three baths, a pool and 2,240 square feet of living area.
 

The Village
Leanne and David Vangronigen, of Westchester, Illinois, sold the home at 41 Village Drive to Daniel Magill, of Flagler Beach, for $69,150. Built in 1989, it has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,251 square feet of living area.
 

PALM COAST
Belle Terre
Karen Roberts, of Palm Coast, sold the home at 20 Pennypacker Lane to Steven Glessing, of Staten Island, New York, for $150,000. Built in 2005, it has three bedrooms, two baths and 2,045 square feet of living area.

JPMorgan Chase Bank sold the home at 82 Pritchard Drive to Federal Home Loan Mortgage Corp. for $124,000. Built in 2004, it has four bedrooms, two baths and 1,865 square feet of living area.
 

Lehigh Woods
Anthony and Leslie Catanzaro, of Palm Coast, sold the home at 132 Raintree Circle to Gerard Pizzariella, of Hicksville, New York, for $169,000. Built in 2005, it has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,761 square feet of living area.

Joseph and Marylou Caputo, of Saratoga Springs, New York, sold the home at 43 Raleigh Drive to Keith Hall, of Palm Coast, for $175,000. Built in 2006, it has three bedrooms, two baths, a pool and 1,857 square feet of living area. It sold in 2007 for $230,000.

K Investment Properties LLC sold the home at 3 Reid Place to Thomas and Donna Torchio, of Dedham, Massachusetts, for $100,000. Built in 1998, it has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,000 square feet of living area. It sold earlier this year for $53,300.

Federal Home Loan Mortgage Corp. sold the home at 17 Richelieu Lane to Veronika Glagoleva, of Palm Coast, for $140,000. Built in 2007, it has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,653 square feet of living area.

Ian Hunter, of Palm Coast, sold the home at 33 Rockefeller Drive to Edgar and Tracey Santiago, of Palm Coast, for $122,000. Built in 2004, it has four bedrooms, two baths and 1,967 square feet of living area.

Lynne and Joseph McIlvaine, of Palm Coast, sold the home at 31 Ryapple Lane to Sally Harvey, of Palm Coast, for $126,000. Built in 1996, it has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,326 square feet of living area. It sold in 2012 for $89,900.

Douglas and Denise Holliday, of Elizabeth City, North Carolina, sold the home at 31 Ryarbor Drive to Joseph and Barbara Kryza, of Palm Coast, for $182,000. Built in 2008, it has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,851 square feet of living area.

JPMorgan Chase Bank sold the home at 16 Rybar Lane to Federal home Loan Mortgage Corp. for $95,000. Built in 2003, it has three bedrooms, 2.5 baths and 2,034 square feet of living area.

John Bowers, of St. Augustine, sold the home at 8 Rydell Lane to Timothy and Kristen Kutay, of Palm Coast, for $165,000. Built in 2005, it has four bedrooms, two baths and 2,581 square feet of living area. It sold in 2010 for $125,000.

Kay Manning, of Palm Coast, sold the home at 2 Ryee Place to Michael and Vernella Loquet, of Bristow, Virginia, for $169,000. Built in 2000, it has four bedrooms, three baths and 1,943 square feet of living area.
 

Matanzas Woods
Federal Home Loan Mortgage Corp. sold the home at 56 Leidel Drive to New Shinnecock Properties LLC for $111,500. Built in 2004, it has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,513 square feet of living area. It sold in 2013 for $140,000.

CitiFinancial sold the home at 144 Lindsay Drive to Paul and Tami Fay, of Palm Coast, for $88,900. Built in 2004, it has three bedrooms, two baths and 2,088 square feet of living area.

Vivian Trecida, of Palm Coast, sold the home at 35 Louisville Drive to Mariano Torrisi Sr. and Suzanne Torrisi, of Palm Coast, for $165,000. Built in 2004, it has four bedrooms, two baths and 1,815 square feet of living area.
 

Palm Harbor
Steven Thomas and Bruce Garrison, trustees of the 38 Fleetwood Drive Trust sold the home at 38 Fleetwood Drive to Cena Pelter, of Palm Coast, for $103,000. Built in 1976, it has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,263 square feet of living area.

Wilfon Robinson, of Kissimmee, sold the home at 122 Florida Park Drive to Brian Uhlmer, of League City, Texas, for $107,000. Built in 1985, it has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,723 square feet of living area.

Bradford and Karen MacDonald, of Palm Coast, sold the home at 101 Forest Hill Drive to Edward Eng Chow and Mercedes Chow, of Staten Island, New York, for $120,000. Built in 1986, it has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,296 square feet of living area. It sold in 1999 for $83,000.
 

Pine Grove
Anthony and Sharon Militano, of Palm Coast, sold the home at 53 Pine Circle to William and Ann Palmer, of Palm Coast, for $193,400. Built in 2005, it has four bedrooms, two baths, a pool and 2,237 square feet of living area. It sold in 2006 for $240,000.

John Keefer and Thomas Keefer, of Ormond Beach, sold the home at 37 Postman Lane to RM 5 Fifth Avenue LLC for $117,000. Built in 2001, it has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,143 square feet of living area.

Allen Homes & Construction Inc. sold the home at 4 Princess Rose Drive to Eric and Sandra Allen, of Palm Coast, for $169,000. Built in 2006, it has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,737 square feet of living area.

Roberta Sebo, of Palm Coast, sold the home at 24 Wellesley Lane to James and Bernadine Nason, of Plantsville, Connecticut, for $174,500. Built in 2003, it has three bedrooms, two baths, a pool and 1,584 square feet of living area.

Patrick and Theresa Decaro, of Palm Coast, sold the home at 40 Wendover Lane to Kevin and Kristen Smerdon, of Palm Coast, for $135,000. Built in 1984, it has three bedrooms, two baths, a pool and 1,249 square feet of living area. It sold in 2012 for $105,000.
 

Quail Hollow
Bank of New York sold the home at 29 Llama Trail to Abigail and Joseph Paci, of Palm Coast, for $140,000. Built in 2006, it has three bedrooms, 2.5 baths and 2,733 square feet of living area. It sold in 2014 for $131,100.
 

River Oaks in The Hammock
Gerald and Terry Clark, of Flagler Beach, sold the home at 4 River Oaks Way to Stanley Purvis, of Bartlett, Illinois, for $305,000. Built in 2005, it has four bedrooms, three baths and 2,444 square feet of living area. It sold in 2012 for $185,000.
 

Sea Colony
Martha Allen, of Levittown, New York, sold the home at 4 Nantucket Drive to Advantaira Trust LLC for $180,000. Built in 1989, it has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,006 square feet of living area.
 

Seminole Woods
Nationstar Mortgage sold the home at 20 Sea Trail to Federal Home Loan Mortgage Corp. for $147,000. Built in 2006, it has four bedrooms, two baths and 2,265 square feet of living area.

George and Maureen Metcalf, of Southbury, Connecticut, sold the home at 92 Ulaturn Trail to Marcellus and Angela Kruijs, of Palm Coast, for $170,000. Built in 2004, it has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,780 square feet of living area.

The Trivett Group Inc. sold the home at 91 Universal Trail to Lori Haffen, of Palm Coast, for $217,890. Built in 2014, it has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,965 square feet of living area.

Robert and Kerri Heim, of Bunnell, sold the home at 3 Upton Court to Maria Silva and Daniel Texeira, of Palm Coast, for $124,000. Built in 2005, it has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,919 square feet of living area.
