PALM COAST BUSINESS ACTIVITY
According to Palm Coast’s Business Assistance Center, the following companies were issued tax receipts May 12 to May 16:
• Cellular Sales of North Florida is a retail sales business at 4895 Belle Terre Parkway.
• Home-based businesses: C.S.I Palm Coast Inc., a janitorial service; Mr. DJ Entertainment, an entertainment company; Edward Kozierowski, a landscaping company; Marlon Younce Lawn Care, a landscaper; Brothers by the Moon Pool Cleaning.

The following is an update for permit activity in the city May 9 to May 14. Total number of all permits issued: 116.
Commercial permit applications:
• P & S Paving applied for a $300,000 permit for turn lanes and a driveway
at the airport property at 720 Belle Terre Parkway.
Commercial permits issued:
• Tuff Shed Inc. was issued a $3,000 permit for a storage building at 75 Canopy Walk Lane.
• Phillips Coastal Construction was issued a $1,000 permit for an interior alteration at RHS Mechanical at 15 Hargrove Lane 15A-5A.
• Seapeck Co. was issued a $10,000 permit for a wood bulkhead at 26 Longview Way North.
Residential permits issued:
• Lewis Ames was issued a $2,400 permit for an addition at 90 Arena Lake Drive.
• Ted & Bob was issued a $9,000 permit for an addition at 92 Cimmaron Drive.
• Affordable Aluminum was issued a $6,000 permit for an addition at 80 Brookside Lane.
• Express Sunrooms was issued a $10,000 permit for an addition at 22 Kankakee Trail.
• Ted & Bob was issued a $15,000 permit for an addition at 4 Pillar Lane.
• Fontana Construction was issued a $46,000 permit for an addition at 64 Ryder Drive.
• Walker Concepts was issued a $28,000 permit for an addition 23 Clinton Court S.
• Andrews Miklos was issued a $6,000 permit for 135 South Hummingbird
Place.
• John Salisbury was issued a $1,500 permit for alterations at 84 Cochise Court.
