A Hammock Beach home tops the sales list for Flagler County residential real estate transactions the week of Feb. 26 to March 4. Kent and Eva Karlsson, of Phoenix, Ariz., sold the home at 21 Hammock Beach Parkway to Cindy Andreotti, of Great Falls, Va. For $1,553,500. Built in 2007, it has four bedrooms, 5.5 baths, a pool, a spa, a summer kitchen and 6,409 square feet of living area.

Palma Vista
Michael and Carolyn Boyle, of Vero Beach, sold the home at 307 12th St. N. to David and Deborah Petkovsek, of Palm Coast, for $450,000. Built in 1981, it has three bedrooms, two baths, a pool, a spa, a boat dock and house and 1,884 square feet of living area. It sold in 2011 for $230,000.

Cypress Knoll
Darlene Deak, of Palm Coast, sold the home at 67 Eastwood Drive to Charlotte Koechig, of Palm Coast, for $250,000. Built in 2002, it has three bedrooms, to baths, a pool and 2,043 square feet of living area.

CitiMortgage Inc. sold the home at 13 Eisenhower Place to Casey Boase and Eleni Boase, of Cocoa, for $173,000. Built in 2001, it has three bedrooms, two baths, a pool, a spa, a summer kitchen and 1,863 square feet of living area.

David and Patricia Hood, of Palm Coast, sold the home at 9 Anastasia Court to Fred and Charlotte Hodges, of Memphis, for $700,000. Built in 1992, it has three bedrooms, three baths, a pool, a spa and 3,945 square feet of living area. It sold in 2011 for $510,000.

Bernard and Joanne Wray, of Rome, N.Y., sold the home at 35 Barrington Drive to Eugene and Carolini
Dickersheid, of Ephrata, Pa., for $130,000. Built in 1989, it has three bedrooms, two baths, a spa and 2,582 square feet of living area.

Jeanette Marie Butler, of Flagler Beach, sold the home at 100 Beachway Drive to Christian Gray, of Palm Coast, for $117,000. Built in 2001, it has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,422 square feet of living area. It sold in 2013 for $126,000.

Wilmington Trust National Association sold the home at 46 Burbank Drive to Steven Disbrow, of Palm Coast, for $117,000. Built in 1998, it has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,953 square feet of living area.

Daniel and Kristin Pontes, of Fort Myers, sold the home at 131 Burroughs Drive to Richard and Stacy Chun, of Palm Coast, for $153,000. Built in 1999, it has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,604 square feet of living area. It sold in 2003 for $143,100.

Linda Sicotakis, of Palm Coast, sold the home at 4 Buttermilk Lane to Daniel and Alexandra Maj, of Palm Coast, for $158,000. Built in 2006, it has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,572 square feet of living area.

Leonid Pozniak, of Palm Coast, sold the home at 18 Buttermill Drive to Igor Kourinnyi and Inna Kurinnaya, of Brampton, Canada. Built in 1997, it has four bedrooms, 2.5 baths, a pool and 2,151 square feet of living area.

Pep Financial LLC sold the home at 17 Reidsville Drive to Thomas and Tina Johnson, of Palm Coast, for $120,000. Built in 2002, it has four bedrooms, two baths and 1,359 square feet of living area. It sold in 2013 for $79,000.

Bette and Ross Wilson, of Palm Coast, sold the home at 169 Ryan Drive to Feliciano and Maria Ramirez, of Danville, Ill., for $140,000. Built in 2003, it has four bedrooms, two baths and 2,088 square feet of living area. It sold in 2010 for $140,000.

Joseph and Jennifer Hicks, of Palm Coast, sold the home at 36 Ludlow Lane E. to Larry Evanto II and Meagan Evanto, of Daytona Beach, for $135,000. Built in 2005, it has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,789 square feet of living area. It sold in 2010 for $114,500.

Gregory and Kate Anderson, of Palm Coast, sold the home at 16 Colechester Court N. to George Whelan, of Palm Coast, for $169,000. Built in 2011, it has four bedrooms, two baths and 1,637 square feet of living area.

Steve Edson and Stephen Osmeloski, of Palm Coast, sold the home at 17 Coral Reef Court S. to Gina Marie Linde, of Palm Coast, for $135,000. Built in 1985, it has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,620 square feet of living area. It sold in 2013 for $90,000.

John Nichols, Linda Nichols Campbell and Jason Campbell sold the home at 48 Fairbank Lane to Claire Griffith, of Palm Coast, for $130,000. Built in 1988, it has four bedrooms, two bath, a pool and 2,005 square feet of living area. It sold in 2005 for $249,900.

Ann Scalia, of Palm Coast, sold the home at 16 Farragut Drive to Thomas Jesse Bell and Keene Brockenbrough Bell, of Stephens City, Va., for $120,000. Built in 1973, it has two bedrooms, two baths, a pool and 1,226 square feet of living area. It sold in 2013 for $58,000.

Yacoub Shaban, of Palm Coast, sold the home at 77 Fort Caroline Lane to James and Shirley Webster, of Dalton, Pa., for $100,000. Built in 1981, it has three bedrooms, two baths, a pool and 1,447 square feet of living area.

Sandra Brown, of Brooksville, sold the home at 17 Sentry Oak Place to Joel Waldman, of Belmar, N.J., for $379,000. Built in 2003, it has three bedrooms, two baths, a pool and 2,630 square feet of living area. It sold in 2006 for $421,300.

Mohammed Alharbi, of Port Orange, sold the home at 16 Poinciana Lane to Dmitriy Zubrich and Yelena Ovrutskaya, Staten Island, N.Y., for $140,500. Built in 2004, it has four bedrooms, two baths and 2,074 square feet of living area. It sold in 2013 for $96,000.

JPMorgan Chase Bank sold the home at 7 Price Lane to Vassili Chtonda and Lialia Nouroucheva, of Palm Coast for $92,000. Built in 2005, it has three bedrooms, 2.5 baths and 2,028 square feet of living area.

Thomas and Catherine Courter, of Palm Coast, sold the home at 84 Westgrill Drive to Robert and Kathleen Meehan, of Douglas, Mass., for $121,000. Built in 1984, it has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,633 square feet of living area. It sold in 1988 for $63,000.

James and Candace Newman, of Flagler Beach, sold the home at 64 Westover Lane to Eugene and Bette Parisen, of Palm Coast, for $203,000. Built in 1991, it has four bedrooms, two baths, a pool and 2,014 square feet of living area. It sold in 2009 for $181,000.

Jack Good and Jessica Ann Elder Good, of Hixson, Tenn., sold the home at 141 Whispering Pine Drive to Sylvio Thibodeau, of Palm Coast, for $135,000. Built in 1999, it has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,572 square feet of living area. It sold in 2014 for $92,100.

Pann Realty LLC sold the home at 24 Wood Ash Lane to Raymond Nicolo, of Palm Coast, for $175,000. Built in 1994, it has three bedrooms, two baths, a pool and 2,349 square feet of living area.

Sandra Beltran, of Palm Coast, sold the home at 46 Woodlawn Drive to Richard and Karen Skulina, of Palm Coast, for $240,000. Built in 2007, it has four bedrooms, three baths and 2,487 square feet of living area.

Jacqueline Blumenstock and Jill Buck, of Palm Coast, sold the home at 41 Woodworth Drive to Robert Polidore and Christine Burrows, of Palm Coast, for $175,000. Built in 1992, it has three bedrooms, two baths, a pool and 2,088 square feet of living area.

Carl and Jessica Harper, of Palm Coast, sold the home at 12 Smoke Tree Place to John and Lisa Mock, of Ormond Beach, for $175,000. Built in 2009, it has four bedrooms, two baths and 2,249 square feet of living area.

JPMorgan Chase Bank sold the home at 22 Upshire Path to Federal Home Loan Mortgage Corp. for $60,000. Built in 1996, it has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,404 square feet of living area.

Tidelands
Fannie Mae sold the home at 54 Longview Way N. to Jeffrey and Martha Curran, of Boca Raton, for $277,000. Built in 2006, it has three bedrooms, three baths and 2,534 square feet of living area.
