PALM COAST BUSINESS ACTIVITY

According to Palm Coast’s Business Assistance Center, the following companies were issued tax receipts March 3-7:

• Fashion Nails & Spa of Palm Coast is a salon at 50 Plaza Drive.
• Home-based businesses: Tonya McRae TLC Respite Care Services, a home health care provider; Palm Coast Painting & Resurfacing Inc., a handyman service; Paulo Capela, a handyman service; James Robert Rutowski, an arts and crafts business; Maribel Flores Bridal Boutique, a retail sales business; MK Interiors LLC, a consultant; Elegant Events & Design, a consultant; Shannon’s Cleaning and More, a janitorial service; Natalie Zumwalt, a photographer/videographer; Staged Assets, an interior decorator; Bluewater Property Maintenance, an air conditioning contractor.

The following is an update for permit activity in the city Feb. 20-26. Total number of all permits issued: 177.

Commercial permit applications:
• Commercial Construction applied for a $7,200 permit for alterations at 120 Pinnacles Drive.
• All Bright Custom Inc. applied for an $8,000 permit for alterations at the Starlight Retro
Diner at 227 St. Joe Plaza.

Commercial permits issued:
• SPH Contractors was issued a $50,000 permit for second-floor alterations at Legacy Academy at 515 Palm Coast Parkway SW.
• SPH Contractors was issued a $5,000 permit for site development at Legacy Academy at 515 Palm Coast Parkway SW.

Residential permits issued:
• Adam Homes was issued a $280,000 permit for a single-family residence at 17 Ehrling Lane.
• KB Homes LLC was issued a $277,000 permit for a single-family residence at 111 Spoonbill Drive.
• Seagate Homes was issued a $271,000 permit for a single-family residence at 16 Ethan Allen Drive.
• Seagate Homes was issued a $262,000 permit for a single-family residence at 20 Arrowhead Drive.
• Seagate Homes was issued a $249,000 permit for a single-family residence at 120 South Hummingbird Place.
• KB Homes LLC was issued a $245,000 permit for a single-family residence at 117 South Hummingbird Place.
• Seagate Homes was issued a $232,000 permit for a single-family residence at 13 Wilmart Place.
• Seagate Homes was issued a $180,000 permit for a single-family residence at 36 Barkley Lane.
• Caprock LLC was issued a $158,000 permit for a single-family residence at 94 Karas Trail.
• OZ Enterprises was issued a $28,000 permit for an alteration at 56 Bannerwood Lane.
• Robert D Douglas was issued a $22,000 permit for an addition at 94 Karas Trail.
• Intervest Construction was issued an $11,000 permit for an addition at 121 Willow Oak Way.
• Southern Accent Development was issued an $11,000 permit for an addition at 88 Fulton Place.
• East Coast Aluminum was issued a $10,000 permit for an addition at 8 Cherokee Court E.
• Robert D Douglas was issued a $9,000 permit for an addition at 13 Bud Field Drive.
• John Jutting was issued an $8,000 permit for an addition at 18 Village View Way.
• Screen Concepts was issued an $8,000 permit for an addition at 12 Cedarfield Court.
• Millers Screen was issued a $7,000 permit for an addition at 18 Fanwood Court.

Occupancy permits issued:
• The Law Office of Lynnette J. Callender claimed occupancy at 7 Florida Park Drive, Suite B.
• Palm Coast Kitchens claimed occupancy at 4984 Palm Coast Parkway, Unit 3.

Certificates of occupancy issued:
• Heritage Construction was issued a certificate of occupancy for an interior build-out at Fashion Nails at 50 Plaza Drive Unit 103.
