Marty Willson joins RE/MAX Select Professionals
Real estate agent Marty Willson has joined RE/MAX Select Professionals of Palm Coast as a broker associate.
“In addition to listing and selling homes, he will be involved in agent training and office events,” RE/MAX Select Broker Owner Pam Capela said in a press release. “He will be a tremendous asset as we grow and expand our two Palm Coast area offices.”
Willson has been affiliated with RE/MAX since 1999, and earned his real estate license in 1990.
He managed a large RE/MAX office in N.C. before moving to Palm Coast, and was named manager of the year for the Carolinas by RE/MAX of the Carolinas in 2011.
Watson Realty announces Top Sales Agent award
Watson Realty has named Mark Hewchuk its Top Sales Agent for January at its Flagler/Palm Coast office.
Hewchuk worked at Zerox Corp. for 23 years before joining Watson Realty eight years ago, according to a Watson Realty press release.
He has been a top-producing agent, according to the press release, and had the most closed sales as well as the most listings sold for the previous year.

Exercise is for babies!
Baby and ME Yoga will start a new baby yoga class 8:15-9 a.m. March 18 at the Hot Yoga Lounge at 1000 Palm Coast Parkway SW, Unit 207.
“Baby and ME Yoga is for all babies from 6 weeks to walkers,” according to a Baby and ME press release. “It’s a playful interaction to stimulate movement and touch. Babies enjoy exercise while on backs, tummies, or held in loving arms, and parents will strengthen core, leg, and arm muscles while playing with their baby at the same time.”
The exercise and stimulation helps babies strengthen muscles and is good for digestion, according to the press release.
