According to Palm Coast’s Business Assistance Center, the following companies were issued tax receipts Feb. 24-28:

• Vacation Home Rentals of Northeast FL Inc. is a real estate broker at 1 Farraday Lane.
• PCM Homes Corp. Inc. is a certified building contractor at 210 Old Kings Road.
• Tierra Fina Palm Coast is a retail sales business at 101 Palm Harbor Parkway.

• SPH Contractors was issued a $5,000 permit for site development at Legacy Academy at 515 Palm Coast Parkway SW.

Residential permits issued:
• DR Horton was issued a $256,000 permit for a single-family residence at 16 Arrowhead Drive.
• Wise Builders was issued a $20,000 permit for alterations at 74 Wedgewood Lane.
• Dacom Home Accents was issued a $14,000 permit for alterations at 11 Sentry Oak Place.
• Hausen Properties was issued a $14,000 permit for an addition at 117 Rolling Sands Drive.
• Budd Severino was issued a $13,000 permit for an addition at 74 Lake Forest Place.
• Millers Screen was issued a $12,000 permit for an addition at 2 Comanche Court.
• Encompass Aluminum was issued a $10,000 permit for an addition at 53 Arrowhead Drive.
• Aluminum Creations was issued a $9,000 permit for an addition at 8 Warner Place.
• Hammock Home Improvements was issued a $9,000 permit for an addition at 12 Bayside Drive.

Occupancy permits issued:
• Mohsin's Cozy Home group home claimed occupancy at 82 Palmwood Drive.
• Southern Strategy Group/Consulting claimed occupancy at 145 City Place, Building 1, Unit 300.
• Passions Nails salon claimed occupancy at 9 Palm Harbor Village Way, Suite C.
• PCM Homes construction company claimed occupancy at 210 Old Kings Road, Unit 300.
• Vacation Home Rentals claimed occupancy at 1 Farraday Lane, Unit 2C.
• I Pay Per Call Inc. claimed occupancy at 5 Boulder Rock Drive, 1 Farraday Lane, Unit 2D.

Certificates of occupancy issued:
• Saboungi Construction was issued a certificate of occupancy for a substation at 160 Cypress Point Parkway, Units C107 and C108.

Development orders:
• The city of Palm Coast/Capital Projects submitted a tier-one technical site plan for Bulldog Drive improvements.
• The city of Palm Coast/Capital Projects submitted a tier-one technical site plan for a Corporate Drive sidewalk.
