PALM COAST BUSINESS ACTIVITY

According to Palm Coast’s Business Assistance Center, the following companies were issued tax receipts June 13-19:

• Keith’s Hair Design is a barber at 10 Cypress Point Parkway
• Home-based businesses: Culver Property Maintenance LLC, a landscape service; Truly Nolen of America Inc., a pest control service; Presley Chauffer Services LLC, a car service.

PALM COAST PERMITS

The following is an update for permit activity in the city June 12-18. Total number of all permits issued: 177.

Commercial permits applications:
• PBM Construction applied for a $72,000 permit to remove, replace or reuse a pump skid at 51 Marlin Drive.
• Quality Roofing & Sheet Metal applied for a $34,000 permit to re-roof the St. Elizabeth Ann Seton Catholic Church4600 Belle Terre Parkway.
• East Coast Building Corp applied for a $15,000 permit for renovations to a Caldwell Bankers building at 211 St. Joe Plaza S.W.
• Flagler Fence applied for a $2,200 permit for a fence at 3 Hargrove Grade.

Commercial permits issued:
• Phillips Coastal Construction was issued a $2,100 permit to demolish a ceiling in the church hall of the St. Elizabeth Ann Seton Catholic Church at 4600 Belle Terre Parkway.
Flagler Fence was issued a $3,000 permit for a fence at 520 Palm Coast Parkway S.W.
• Dimension Construction was issued a $81,000 permit for alterations at Smoothie King at 220 Palm Coast Parkway N.E. Unit B.
• Aquatic Design was issued a $190,000 permit for a swimming pool at the amenity center at 104 Hidden Lakes Drive.
• Bella Quality was issued a $7,250 permit to cut three openings and remove a door and wall at 21 Hospital Drive, Units 160 and 150.
• Thomas Commercial Refrigeration was issued a $12,000 permit to change out the air conditioning on the roof at 6030 State Road 100.

Residential permits issued:
• Seagate Homes was issued a $265,000 permit for a single-family residence at 2 Lytton Lane.
• Paytas Homes was issued a $230,000 permit for a single-family residence at 57 Arrowhead Drive.
• Trivett Homes was issued a $225,000 permit for a single-family residence at 17 Ripple Place.
• Seagate Homes was issued a $172,000 permit for a single-family residence at 2 Rocket Lane.
• Affordable Aluminum was issued a $21,000 permit for an addition at 9 Rippling Place
• A Certified Screen was issued a $14,000 permit for an addition at 14 Chadwick Court.
• Screen Machine was issued a $14,000 permit for an addition at 8 Graham Trail.
• Aluminum Construction was issued a $10,000 permit for alterations at 50 Colechester Lane.
• Joseph LaPlanta was issued a $4,000 permit for alterations at 62 Bannerwood Drive.
• ServPro was issued a $3,000 permit for alterations at 9 Oakmont Court, Unit 101.
• ServPro was issued a $3,000 permit for alterations at 11 Oakmont Court, Unit 102.
• Robert Marvel was issued a $2,499 permit for an addition at 36 Bannerwood Lane.
• Agua Construction was issued a $2,000 permit for an addition at 7 Pilgrim Drive.
• Fernando Camilo was issued a $1,000 permit for alterations at 64 London Drive.

Certificates of occupancy:
• Dollar General was issued an certificate of occupancy for 11 Market Ave.
• Keith’s Barber Shop was issued a certificate of occupancy for 10 Cypress Point Parkway, Unit 108.
