Charles Robert Stock and Ruth Carol Stock, of Lake Worth, sold the home at 89 Riverwalk S. to Jose and Joan Jimenez, of Palm Coast, for $655,000. Built in 2006, it has four bedrooms, 3.5 baths, a pool, a spa, a boat dock and house and 3,736 square feet of living area.
BUNNELL
Fannie Mae sold the home at 208 N. Anderson St. to Patrick and Emmalyn Maellaro, of Bunnell, for $43,000. Built in 1985, it has three bedrooms, one bath and 2,214 square feet of living area. It sold in 2013 for $176,000.
FLAGLER BEACH
Lambert Avenue
E*trade Bank sold the home at 120 Lambert Ave. to Stanley Purvis, of Flagler Beach, for $212,000. Built in 1955, it has three bedrooms, one bath and 1,135 square feet of living area. It sold in 2013 for $336,600.
Sugar Mill Plantation
John Donahue and Shirley Putnam Donahue, of Atlantic Beach, sold the home at 7 John Bulow Circle to Stephen and Melanie Davis, of Flagler Beach, for $380,000. Built in 1994, it has four bedrooms, 3.5 baths, a spa, a fireplace and 3,163 square feet of living area.

Natalia Suprunenko, of Palm Coast, sold the home at 43 Peppercorn Lane to Eber Gamaliel Perez Diaz and Angelica M. Gonzalez, of Palm Coast, for $95,000. Built in 2000, it has four bedrooms, two baths and 1,401 square feet of living area. It sold in 2011 for $74,500.
