PALM COAST BUSINESS ACTIVITY

According to Palm Coast’s Business Assistance Center, the following companies were issued tax receipts June 9-13:

• Beach Bronze Tanning is a tanning salon at 399 Palm Coast Parkway.
• Home-based businesses: Forward Momentum Inc., a consultant; Water Works Power Washing, a power washing business.

The following is an update for permit activity in the city June 5-11. Total number of all permits issued: 186.

Commercial permits applications:
Chouinard Construction applied for a $20,000 permit for kitchen renovations at 1475 Palm Coast Parkway, units 110-111.

Commercial permits issued:
• Commercial Construction was issued an $87,000 permit for a 1880-square foot storage addition at 5 Hargrove Grade.
• P & S Paving was issued a $20,000 permit an aluminum covered walkway at 5500 State Road 100.
• The City of Palm Coast was issued a $1,000 permit for four bird sculptures at 150 Waterfront Park Road.

Residential permits issued:
• Vanacore Homes was issued a $307,000 permit for a single-family residence at 68 Sloganeer Trail.
• PCM Homes was issued a $293,000 permit for a single-family residence at 3 Woodbury Drive.
• Seagate Homes was issued a $228,000 permit for a single-family residence at 6 Sentry Court.
• Millers Screen was issued a $16,000 permit for an addition at 121 Point of Woods Drive.
• Millers Screen was issued a $16,000 permit for an addition at 39 Buffalo Lane.
• Andrew Miklos was issued an $8,000 permit for an alteration at 6 Seton Court.
• ServPro of Flagler County was issued a $3,000 permit for an alteration at 10 Oakmont Court.
• Southern Comfort was issued a $3,000 permit for 219 Boulder Rock Drive.

Occupancy permits:
• Aimee's Hallmark Cards and Gifts was issued an occupancy permit for 210 Palm Coast Parkway N.E.
• Beach Bronze Tanning was issued an occupancy permit for 399 Palm Coast
Parkway S.W., Unit 4.
• Family Eye Care – Optometry was issued an occupancy permit for 4 Office Park Drive.

Development orders:
• The city of Palm Coast was issued a development order for a tier-one technical site plan for Water Treatment Plant No. 3.
• The Palm Coast Seminole Group, LLC was issued a development order for a subdivision preliminary plat for Seminole Pointe to replat a portion of lot 4.
• Florida Landmark Communities, Inc. was issued a development order for a subdivision preliminary plat modification Town Center Phase 8.
