An Island Estates home tops the sales list for Flagler County residential real estate transactions the week of May 14-20. Aiden and Maria Lynch, of Palm Coast, sold the home at 108 Island Estates Parkway to Brian and Yvonne Bunting, of Nobel, Ontario, Canada, for $955,000. Built in 1997, it has four bedrooms, four baths, a pool, a spa, a boat dock and house and 4,226 square feet of living area. It sold in 2005 for $1,605,000.

BEVERLY BEACH
Oceanside at Beverly Beach
Andrew Freeman, of West Lafayette, Indiana, sold the condo at 2450 N. Oceanshore Blvd., Unit 310, to Terrell and Cathryn Pugh, of Collierville, Tennessee, for $425,000. Built in 2007, it has three bedrooms, three baths and 1,749 square feet of living area.

FLAGLER BEACH

Diane Yery, of Seal Beach, California, sold the home at 1023 S. Flagler Ave. to Leslie Lloyd Campbell and Marianne Haslund Rude, of Tracys Landing, Maryland, for $166,000. Built in 1972, it has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,152 square feet of living area. It sold in 2001 for $134,900.

Sunrise Beach
Richard Pecket and Lori Ann Plimpton, of Flagler Beach, sold the home at 1913 N. Central Ave, to William Clark Sr. and Beverly Clark, of Rincon, Georgia, for $360,000. Built in 1978, it has four bedrooms, three baths, a spa and 2,416 square feet of living area.
Dennis Lott anf Kelly Lewellen, of Flagler Beach, sold the home at 2003 N. Central Ave. to Michael and Kristi Pietryka, of Waterford, Michigan, for $295,000. Built in 1989, it has three bedrooms, 2.5 baths and 2,358 square feet of living area. It sold in 2002 for $249,900.

Suzanne Samson, of Palm Coast, sold the home at 8 Pelican Court to Deborah Carnall, of Palm Coast, for $238,000. Built in 1997, it has three bedrooms, to baths and 1,793 square feet of living area.
Robert and Margaret Sue Bowker, of Tahuya, Washington, sold the home at 34 Riverbend Drive to Douglas and Allison Scholin, of Palm Coast, for $350,000. Built in 2005, it has three bedrooms, 2.5 baths, a pool, a spa and 2,471 square feet of living area.

Hammock Beach Club
SunTrust Bank sold the condo at 200 Ocean Crest Drive, Unit 419, to James Davis, of Uniontown, Pennsylvania, for $292,000. Built in 2003, it has three bedrooms, three baths and 1,435 square feet of living area.

Maureen Sabella and Lawrence Sabella, of Palm Coast, sold the home at 9 Barbera Lane to Raymond and Donna Francis, of Palm Coast, for $175,000. Built in 2001, it has four bedrooms, two baths and 2,322 square feet of living area.
Margaret Shatzer, of Palm Coast, sold the home at 48 Bird of Paradise Drive to John and Catheriine St. Leger, of Horsham, Pennsylvania, for $135,000. Built in 1999, it has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,538 square feet of living area. It sold in 2002 for $106,100.
Louis and Vivian Alcazar, of Jupiter, sold the home at 41 Biscayne Drive to Andrea Kislan, of New York, for $139,900. Built in 1998, it has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,582 square feet of living area.
Gjermund and Bodil Skjerping, of Palm Coast, sold the home at 43 Bridgehaven Drive to Lev and Nonna Medvedovskaya, of Palm Coast, for $178,000. Built in 2008, it has four bedrooms, 3.5 baths and 3,004 square feet of living area.

M & M Dawn LLC sold the home at 46 Cedar Point Drive to Judith Gustafson, trustee of the De Gennaro Family Trust, for $230,000. Built in 1994, it has five bedrooms, two baths, a pool and 2,601 square feet of living area. It sold earlier this year for $155,000.

Quail Hollow
KACS Acquisitions LLC sold the home at 43 Zonal Geranium Trail to Steven Hazzard, of Palm Coast, for $110,000. Built in 1999, it has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,268 square feet of living area. It earlier this year for $77,300.

Sea Colony
Judith Gustafson, trustee of the De Gennaro Family Trust, sold the home at 41 Bristol Lane to Edward and Gabrielle Schillo, of Virginia Beach, Virginia, for $259,000. Built in 1989, it has three bedrooms, two baths, a pool and 1,321 square feet of living area.

Seminole Woods
Fannie Mae sold the home at 4 Serene Place to Donald and Kimberley Chambers, of Beaver, Pennsylvania, for $114,000. Built in 2003, it has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,211 square feet of living area.

JPMorgan Chase Bank sold the condo at 115 Riverview Bend S., Unit 2111, to Brian Grabowski, of Willcott, Connecticut, for $47,500. Built in 2007, it has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,115 square feet of living area.

Joaquim Barbosa, of Palm Coast, sold the home at 33 Blyth Place to Everett and Casey Dovine, of Palm Coast, for $110,000. Built in 1980, it has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,607 square feet of living area.
