Gerald and Cathy Hudson, of Volusia County, sold 2 Red Bud Lane to Peter Maher, of Sherburne, New York, for $260,000. Built in 1985, the house has three bedrooms, two baths, a fireplace, swimming pool and 2,692 square feet. It sold in 1999 for $186,500.

Robert Martin, of Ormond Beach, sold 8 Needles Lane to Steven and Shawn White, of Ormond Beach, for $245,000. Built in 1988, the house has three bedrooms, two baths, a fireplace, swimming pool and 1,876 square feet. This was the first qualified sale.

Kathy Karlsen, of Ormond Beach, sold 123 Oak Lane to Brad and Jessica Melton, of Ormond Beach, for $182,500. Built in 1987, the house has three bedrooms, two baths, a fireplace and 2,118 square feet. This was the first qualified sale.

Federal Home Loan Mortgage Corp., of McLean, Virginia, sold 570 McIntosh Road to Christopher Hold and Kelly Harkins, of Ormond Beach, for $141,000. Built in 1963, the house has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,374 square feet. It sold in 1989 for $57,500.

Karen Felts, individually and as trustee, sold 137 Orchard Lane to Thomas Massfeller, of Ormond Beach, for $132,900. Built in 1933, the house has one bedroom, one bath and 391 square feet. It sold in 2008 for $139,000.

CitiMortgage Inc., of O’Fallon, Missouri, sold 101 Fiesta Circle to Atlantis Discoveries LLC, of Orlando, for $77,150. Built in 1980, the house has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,140 square feet. It sold in 1980 for $44,600.

Federal Home Loan Mortgage Corporation, of Carrollton, Texas, sold 676 Cordova Ave. to Marian Petzold, of Ormond Beach, for $60,000. Built in 1943, the house has three bedrooms, two baths, a fireplace and 864 square feet. It sold in 2003 for $106,000.

Breakaway Trails

Christiana Trust, of Santa Ana, California, sold 14 Little Tomoka Way to April Wolland, Robert Savela and Jeremy Sevala, of Ormond Beach, for $319,000. Built in 2006, the house has five bedrooms, four baths, a fireplace, swimming pool and 3,144 square feet. It sold in 2006 for $655,565.

Halifax Plantation

Robert and Maggie Gerhardstein, of Ormond Beach, sold 4008 Acoma Drive to Bobby and Margaret Sydnor, of Ormond Beach, for $235,000. Built in 1991, the house has three bedrooms, two baths, a fireplace and 1,992 square feet. The lot sold in 1988 for $27,700.

Paul Cocksedge and Leslie White, of Thornbury, Ontario, sold 1117 Athlone Way to David and Valerie Pachla, of Ormond Beach, for $165,000. Built in 1998, the house has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,627 square feet. It sold in 2011 for $149,900.

Robert and Christine Pennington, of Ormond Beach, sold 3504 Middlemore Lane to Louise Kearns, trustee, for $161,500. Built in 1997, the townhome two bedrooms, two baths and 1,462 square feet. It sold in 2011 for $152,000.

Plantation Bay

Prestwick at Plantation Bay, of Daytona Beach, sold 1056 Kilkenny Lane to Philip and Diana Difrancesco, of Chester Springs, Pennsylvania, for $204,900. Built in 2014, the townhome has three bedrooms, three baths and 2,078 square feet. This was the first sale.

Margaret Nicastro, of Washington D.C., sold 2 Appaloosa Trail to Sharon Fox, of Placerville, California, for $169,000. Built in 1983, the house has four bedrooms, three baths, a fireplace and 2,401 square feet. It sold in 1983 for $98,300.

David Huber, of Holly Hill, sold 227 Pine Cone Trail to Robert Brown, of Ormond Beach, for $107,000. Built in 1978, the house has two bedrooms, two baths, a fireplace and 1171 square feet. It sold in 1997 for $65,000.

ORMOND-BY-THE-SEA

James and Karen Brady, of Hamilton Square, New Jersey, sold 3000 Ocean Shore Blvd., Unit 17, to Heather Walsh, trustee, of Ormond Beach, for $350,000. Built in 2003, the condo has three bedrooms, three baths and 1,973 square feet. It sold in 2004 for $599,000.

Jennifer Fenner, of Raleigh, North Carolina, sold 1 Sunrise Ave. to Mickey Snow and Somporn Hewitt, of Ormond Beach, for $275,000. Built in 1976, the house has three bedrooms, two baths and 2,759 square feet. It sold in 2004 for $275,000.

Donna and Joseph Mauz, of Ormond Beach, sold 4 Sea Chase Terrace to William and Linda Powell, of Fredericksburg, Virginia, for $255,000. Built in 1981, the house has three bedrooms, two baths, a fireplace, swimming pool and 1,640 square feet. It sold in 2003 for $222,900.

Thomas and Gwen Aaron, of Ormond Beach, sold 2730 Ocean Shore Blvd., Unit 302, to Marlis Costello, of Alexandria, Minnesota, for $159,400. Built in 1990, the condo has two bedrooms, two baths and 871 square feet. It sold in 2011 for $118,900

Pasquale and Sandra Cassell, of West Haven, Connecticut, sold 32 Camellia Drive to Roberta and Sonny Osteen, of Senoia, Georgia, for $146,000. Built in 1960, the house has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,034 square feet. It sold in 2013 for $95,000.

Jerry Anderson, of Ormond Beach, sold 3100 Ocean Shore Boulevard, Unit 103, to Erika Butler, of Lewisville, Texas, for $125,000. Built in 1991, the condo has two bedrooms, two baths and 873 square feet. This was the first qualified sale.
