A Grand Haven tops the sales list for Flagler County residential real estate transactions the week of May 7-13. Maureen and Paul Kelly, of Palm Coast, sold the home at 38 Riverbend Drive to Lennet Daigle and Amelia Boyd Daigle, of St. Augustine, for $390,000. Built in 2005, it has four bedrooms, three baths, a pool, a summer kitchen and 2,833 square feet of living area.

FLAGLER BEACH
Marina Bay
Raymond Desana II and Linda Desana, of Hiram, Georgia, sold the condo at 200 Marina Bay Drive, Unit 303, to Tom Rowand Jr. and Christian Rowand, of St. Johns, for $295,000. Built in 2001, it has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,138 square feet of living area. It sold in 2004 for $ 330,000.

PALM COAST
Armand Beach
James and Sandra Barkhau, of Mount Dora, sold the home at 15 Armand Beach Drive to Kevin and Heather Kelly, of Orlando, for $217,900. Built in 2014, it has three bedrooms, two bahs and 1,499 square feet of living area.

Canopy Walk
Albert and Norma Baker, of Columbia, Maryland, sold the condo at 1000 Canopy Walk Lane, Unit 1015, for $166,000. Built in 2005, it has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,712 square feet of living area.
Gregory Rudkin and William Torode, of St. Augustine, sold the condo at 100 Canopy Walk Lane, Unit 133, to Douglas Dompkowski, of Bethesda, Maryland, for $140,000. Built in 2005, it has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,238 square feet of living area.

Grand Haven
Joel and Deborah Penny, of Daytona Beach, sold the home at 47 Southlake Drive to Ladislao and Elise Ponce, of Palm Coast, for $277,500. Built in 2003, it has three bedrooms, two bath and 2,062 square feet of living area. It sold in 2011 for $215,000.

Kisman and Chhengthaw Nou, of Lynn, Massachusetts, sold the home at 116 Brushwood Lane to Luis Claudio and Karin Nova, of Waterloo, Ontario, Canada, for 148,000. Built in 2003, it has three bedrooms, two baths and 2,364 square feet of living area. It sold in 2009 for $128,500.
Nancy and Edward Dranginis, of Palm Coast, sold the home at 78 Bruning Lane to Jordan and Crystal Gallo, of Palm Coast, for $135,500. Built in 2005, it has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,839 square feet of living area. It sold in 2008 for $145,000.
Victor Demchishin, of Palm Coast, sold the home at 3 Burning Tree Place to Dwaynon Jenkins, of Palm Coast, for $117,000. Built in 1998, it has three bedrooms, two bath and 1,641 square feet of living area.

Carl and Janice Henderson, of Palm, Coast, sold the home at 59 Brewster Lane to RM 5 Fisth Avenue LLC, of Bay Shore, New York, for $115,000. Built in 2002, it has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,243 square feet of living area.

Fannie Mae sold the home at 17 Ryeco Way to Natasha Beerom, of Palm Coast, for $154,000. Built in 2003, it has four bedrooms, two baths and 2,431 square feet of living area.

Elizabeht Besse, of Palm Coast, sold the condo at 52 Club House Drive, Unit 103, to Diane Lesko, of Palm Coast, for $69,000. Built in 1977, it has two bedrooms, 1.5 baths and 1,127 square feet of living area.

Fernando and Veronica Tamayo, of Palm Coast, sold the home at 202 Heron Drive to Brice Edwards, of Palm Coast, for $375,000. Built in 2013, it has four bedrooms, two baths and 2,319 square feet of living area.

Palm Harbor
Fannie Mae sold the home at 61 Fordham Lane to Flemming and Vibeke Hornsyld, of Palm Coast, for $119,900. Built in 1988, it has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,886 square feet of living area.

Janice Gardner, of Bradenton, sold the home at 28 Sedgewick Trail to Robert and Waneta McKean, of Palm Coast, for $140,000. Built in 2006, it has four bedrooms, two baths and 2,261 square feet of living area.
SeaGate Homes LLC sold the home at 22 Undermount Path to William Minogue, of Palm Coast, for $147,000. Built in 2013, it has four bedrooms, two baths and 1,837 square feet of living area.
Deutsche Bank National Trust sold the home at 5 Service Tree Place to Matthew and Christine McDonald, for $91,000. Built in 2005, it has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,209 square feet of living area.

Woodlands
Tina Donaldson Metz, of Lutherville, Maryland, sold the home at 107 Blare Drive to Katherine Barnett and Patricia Joan Matthews, of Palm Coast, for $123,000. Built in 1990, it has four bedrooms, two baths and 2,107 square feet of living area. It sold in 2012 for $80,000.
