A Waterside condo tops the sales list for Flagler County residential real estate transactions the week of May 7-13. Relmond and Dolores Vandaniker, of Lexington, Kentucky, sold the condo at 106 Club House Drive, Unit 211, to Joseph Hanzel Jr. and Judy Bedell, of Palm Coast, for $400,000. Built in 2005, it has three bedrooms, three baths and 2,611 square feet of living area.

Armand Beach
Patricia Hegarty, of Clearwater, sold the home at 48 Armand Beach Drive to Amy and Thomas Rodea, of Palm Coast, for $200,000. Built in 1986, it has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,152 square feet of living area. It sold in 1996 for $107,000.

Grand Haven
Gloria Delisa, of Palm Coast, sold the home at 3 Crosslink Court to Harry Steven Evans and Marjorie Dell Wright, of Palm Coast, for $201,000. Built in 2006, it has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,930 square feet of living area. It sold earlier this year for $139,000.

Mary Ann Meyer, Jessica Meyer, Jorie Gelnett and Joelle Lewis, of Palm Coast, sold the home at 38 Buttermilk Lane to Thomas and Jo Ann Bailey, of Palm Coast, for $193,000. Built in 2007, it has four bedrooms, three baths, a pool and 2,564 square feet of living area.
Violet Gordon, of Palm Coast, sold the home at 47 Beechwood Lane to Sarah Hartley, of Palm Coast, for $112,000. Built in 1981, it has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,688 square feet of living area.
Patricia O’Neill, of Palm Coast, sold the home at 34 Botany Lane to Shawn and Ami Hatcher, of St. Augustine, for $140,000. Built in 2003, it has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,980 square feet of living area. It sold in 2005 for $229,000.

Karen Ann Hamacek and Victor Sarno, of Ormond Beach, sold the home at 25 Rollins Lane to Jadwiga Wasielewska and Jozef Zajaczkowski, of Palm Coast, for $115,000. Built in 2004, it has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,086 square feet of living area. It sold earlier this year for $94,100.
Oceanfirst Bank sold the home at 44 Raemoor Drive to Piotr Rowicki, of Bunnell, for $127,000. Built in 2005, it has two bedrooms, two baths and 2,045 square feet of living area. It sold in 2013 for $102,100.
Steven Thomas and Bruce Garrison, trustees of the 69 Richmond Drive Trust, sold the home at 69 Richmond Drive to Richard Day, of Palm Coast, for $96,500. Built in 1994, it has three bedrooms, one bath and 1,008 square feet of living area.

John and Mary Harney, of Dover, Massachusetts, sold the home at 13 Chadwick Court to Fernando and Veronica Tamayo, of Palm Coast, for $367,500. Built in 1988, it has three bedrooms, two baths and 2,209 square feet of living area. It sold in 2012 for $217,000.

Richard and Jane Pusillo, of Palm Coast, sold the home at 104 Whittington Drive to William Morris Pierson III and Marilou Pierson, of Churchton, Maryland, for $182,000. Built in 1996, it has three bedrooms, two baths, a pool and 1,945 square feet of living area.

SeaGate Homes sold the home at 10 Zonal Geranium Trail to Scott Nicoll, of Metuchen, New Jersey, for $171,200. Built in 2014, it has three bedrooms, two bath and 1,798 square feet of living area.
