An Ocean Hammock home tops the sales list for Flagler County residential real estate transactions the week of June 11-17. EAR Management Group LLC sold the condo at 20 Porto Mar, Unit 702, to Walter Otto II and Lisa Otto, of Palm Coast, for $509,000. Built in 2004, it has two bedrooms, 2.5 baths and 2,150 square feet of living area.
 

FLAGLER BEACH
Bulow Woods
Keith and Jolene Clark, of Flagler Beach, sold the home at 30 Creek Bluff Run to Jennifer Groves, of Flagler Beach, for $350,000. Built in 1999, it has four bedrooms, 2.5 baths, a pool and 2,177 square feet of living area.
 

PALM COAST
Belle Terre
William and Delores Bottachiari, of Palm Coast, sold the home at 56 Pennypacker Lane to June Plummer, of Darlington, Maryland, for $153,000. Built in 2004, it has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,861 square feet of living area.
Linda Nelson, Carolyn Matukonis, Emily Everett and Jane Action sold the home at 49 Putter Drive to Anne Harrington, of Palm Coast, for $120,000. Built in 1981, it has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,600 square feet of living area.

Janis Famous, Keith Famous and Ronald Famous, of Apopka, sold the home at 1 Edith Pope Drive to Gregory and Ava Jackson, of Roanoke, Virginia, for $118,500. Built in 1986, it has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,481 square feet of living area.
Michael and Susan Holmes, of Charlotte, North Carolina, sold the home at 1 Evans Park Place to Eddie and Jodee Lyn Day, of Palm Coast, for $215,000. Built in 1992, it has three bedrooms, two baths, a pool and 2,039 square feet of living area.
Justin and Stacey O’Keefe, of Jacksonville, sold the home at 5 Evans Place to Douglas and Deborah Yeager, of Honesdale, Pennsylvania, for $223,000. Built in 1993, it has three bedrooms, two baths, a pool and 2,122 square feet of living area.

Michael Callahan and Brenda Leardi, of Mechanicsburg, Pennsylvania, sold the condo at 130 Avenue De La Mer, Unit 1601, to James Davis, of Uniontown, Pennsylvania, for $294,000. Built in 2006, it has two bedrooms, 2.5 baths and 2,014 square feet of living area.

Emmanuella Rojas, of Palm Coast, sold the home at 101 Bud Hollow Drive to Johnny and Shirley Velez, of Palm Coast, for $192,000. Built in 2005, it has four bedrooms, two baths and 2,437 square feet of living area. It sold in 2011 for $115,000
Mary Shanabarger, of Palm Coast, sold the home at 20 Buffalo Meadow Lane to Frances Rose Vaccaro, of Palm Coast, for $154,000. Built in 2005, it has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,796 square feet of living area.
Wilstar Homes LLC sold the home at 36 Baltimore Lane to Gilbert Whitlock, of Palm Coast, for $157,000. Built in 2003, it has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,618 square feet of living area. It sold earlier this year for $114,500.
Richard and Tina Chalmers, of Palm Coast, sold the home at 37 Banton Lane to Derek Banghart and Amylyn Serrano, of Palm Coast, for $168,000. Built in 2001, it has three bedrooms, two baths and 2,148 square feet of living area. It sold in 2011 for $125,000.
Gloria Patricia Meneses, of Palm Coast, sold the home at 10 Bressler Lane to Dmitriy Taubin and Natalya Taubina, of Palm Coast, for $75,000. Built in 1990, it has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,095 square feet of living area. It sold in 2005 for $172,000.

Wells Fargo Bank sold the home at 93 Wood Haven Drive to Christopher and Susan Barrett, of Baldwinsville, New York, for $172,000. Built in 1996, it has three bedrooms, two baths, a pool and 1,835 square feet of living area.

Bank of New York sold the home at 2 Season Place to Michael Scott Hodgdon, of Palm Coast, for $117,000. Built in 2005, it has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,798 square feet of living area. It sold earlier this year for $50,100.
William Ford II and Barbara Ford, of South Daytona, sold the home at 17 Serenity Place to Lisa and James Massari, of Palm Coast, for $144,900. Built in 2003, it has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,551 square feet of living area.
