PALM COAST BUSINESS ACTIVITY

According to Palm Coast’s Business Assistance Center, the following companies were issued tax receipts Jan. 20-24:

• Home-based businesses: Babs & Joe LLC, an unclassified personal service; Terence Arthur as DJ Manchild, an entertainment service; and Christopher Craigs Handyman Service.

The following is an update for permit activity in the city Jan. 16-22. Total number of all permits issued: 185.

Commercial permit applications:
• Fulcrum Construction applied for a $715,000 permit for site plan of a Dollar General at 11 Market Ave.
• Intercoastal Construction applied for a $10,000 permit for interior renovations at PC Bikes at 25 Palm Harbor Village Way, Unit 9.
• All Bright Custom Inc. applied for a $2,000 permit for interior renovations at Russian Deli and Market at 235 St. Joe Plaza, Unit 235.

Commercial permits issued:
• Authorized Construction Service was issued a $75,000 permit for interior renovations at Publix at 4950 Belle Terre Parkway.
• ABC Liquors Inc. was issued a $5,000 permit for interior renovations at ABC Liquor at 224 Palm Coast Parkway NE.
• William Stoughton was issued a $5,000 permit for outside renovations at a condominium building on Belle Harbor.
• Phillips Coastal Construction was issued a $500 permit for a 20-foot-by-40-foot canopy at 3 Boulder Rock Drive.

Residential permits issued:
• Skyway Builders was issued a $358,000 permit for a single-family home at 46 Scarlet Oak Circle.
• New Coastal Homes was issued a $351,000 permit for a single-family residence at 14 Carolllo Court.
• Amaral Custom Homes was issued a $309,000 permit for a single-family residence at 27 Columbus Court.
• KB Homes of Jacksonville was issued a. $284,000 permit for a single-family residence at 109 S. Coopers Hawk Way.
• Auburn Homes was issued a $248,000 permit for a single-family residence at 12 Laguna Forest Trail.
• Paytas Homes was issued a $237,000 permit for a single-family residence at 5 Arrowhead Drive.
• KB Homes of Jacksonville was issued a $235,000 permit for a single-family residence at 121 S. Hummingbird Place.
• Adams Homes of NW Florida was issued a $229,000 permit for a single-family residence at154 Wellstone Drive.
• KB Homes of Jacksonville was issued a $225,000 permit for a single-family residence at 125 S. Hummingbird Place.
• Seagate Homes was issued a $217,000 permit for a single-family residence at 41 Smith Trail.
• Aluminum Creations was issued a $6,000 permit for an addition at 2 Cherokee Court E.
• US Aluminum was issued a $6,000 permit for an addition at 8 Sedley Place.
