A Palm Harbor home tops the sales list for Flagler County residential real estate transactions the week of Jan.1-7. Joseph and Barbara Montanaro, of Palm Coast, sold the home at 24 Clarendon Court S. to Richard and Sara Butterfield, of East Greenbush, N.Y., for $365,000. Built in 2003, it has three bedrooms, two baths, a pool, a boat dock and house and 1,978 square feet of living area. It sold in 2009 for $335,000.

Rocco Totino, of Rye, N.Y., sold the condo at 400 Cinnamon Beach Way, Unit 342, to John and Christine Koblensky, of Palm Coast, for $360,000. Built in 2005, it has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,684 square feet of living area.

Fannie Mae sold the home at 20 Edgemont Lane to Dennis and Donna Finn, of Palm Coast, for $127,000. Built in 1999, it has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,320 square feet of living area.

D. R. Horton Inc., of Jacksonville, sold the home at 14 Arrowhead Drive to Jerry and Katherine Frame, of Palm Coast, for $185,990. Built in 2013, it has four bedrooms, two baths and 1,741 square feet of living area.

Leonard and Lisa Olim, of Plainfield, N.J., sold the condo at 45 Riverview Bend S., Unit 1933, to Gerard and Joan Hanvey, of Little Egg Harbor, N.J., for $210,000.
