Maureen and Joseph Pavlak, of Palm Coast, sold the home at 3 Rollins Dunes Drive to Debra and Christopher Poole, of West Columbia, S.C. for $360,000. Built in 1993, it has three bedrooms, two baths and 2,230 square feet of living area. It sold in 2004 for $365,000.
