A Hammock Beach home tops the sales list for Flagler County residential real estate transactions, the weeks of Dec. 10-24. Mike and Marjorie Heines, of Chesterland, Ohio, sold the home at 28 Hammock Beach Circle S. to Mark and Brenda Voss, of Linn, Mo., for $825,000. Built in 2007, it has six bedrooms, four baths, a summer kitchen and 3,772 square feet of living area.
