HD Associates LP sold the condo at 15 Avenue De La Mer, Unit 2202, to James and Marsha Berning, of Seminole, for $487,500. Built in 1996, it has three bedrooms, 3.5 baths and 3,068 square feet of living area. It sold in 2000 for $482,500.
