Deputies arrested a Flagler Beach woman and a St. Augustine man Tuesday on charges of raping girls younger than 12, according to Flaglerlive.com.
Rhonda Lynn Wilkerson, a 49-year-old resident of 2008 South Daytona Avenue in Flagler Beach, was booked at the Flagler County jail, and William C. Dillow, a 27-year-old resident of 3710 Pacetti Road in St. Augustine, was booked into the St. Johns County jail.
Their arrest reports say that at least two girls told staff at a Flagler County school Monday that Wilkerson and Dillow abused them sexually multiple times between August and February, according to Flaglerlive.
