PALM COAST BUSINESS ACTIVITY

According to Palm Coast’s Business Assistance Center, the following companies were issued tax receipts Feb. 17-21:

• Eastern Flooring Center is a retail sales business at 15 B Hargrove Grade.
• Home-based businesses: Gabry Inc., an internet business; Hard Surface Floors LLC, a flooring-installation business; Serene Setting of North Florida LLC, a paving contractor and landscaping service; Flanders Lawn Care, a landscaping service; Mak Pro International Inc., a flooring-installation business; J & F Family General Solutions LLC, a landscaping service and handyman service; Denis Marchuk, a handyman service; 24 Hrs Flash Trucking, a trucking company; Rhino Financial LLC, an insurance company; Falcon Development Corp., a general contractor; Tom Kat of Central Florida Inc., a handyman service; Jax Floors & More LLC, a flooring installation business; Juliana Da Fonseca’s Cleaning Service, a janitorial service.

The following is an update for permit activity in the city Feb. 13-19. Total number of all permits issued: 182.

Commercial permit applications:
• Auburn Homes applied for a $5,500 permit for a utility/storage addition at 9 Harbor Center Drive.

Commercial permits issued:
• Cougle Construction Co. was issued a $7,000 permit for demolition of the former Perkins
Restaurant at 1000 Palm Coast Parkway.
• Heritage Construction was issued a $3,000 permit for an interior buildout at Fashion Nails
at 50 Plaza Drive, Unit 3.

Residential permits issued:
• Maronda Homes of Florida was issued a $303,000 permit for a single-family residence at 7 Sedan Place.
• KB Homes Jacksonville was issued a $290,000 permit for a single-family residence at 105 Spoonbill Drive.
• Oz Enterprises was issued a $30,000 permit for alterations at 45 Bannerwood Lane.
• Ted & Bob's Aluminum was issued a $22,000 permit for an addition at 15 Cormorant Court.
• Jose Lopez was issued a $16,000 permit for alterations at 14 Crossway Court E.
• Encompass Enclosures was issued a $14,000 permit for an addition at 11 Chesney Court.
• Andrew Miklos was issued a $10,000 permit for alterations at 30 Louisiana Drive.
• Andrew Miklos was issued a $9,000 permit for alterations at 59 Woodlawn Drive.
• Andrew Miklos was issued a $9,000 permit for alterations at 33 Bennett Lane.
• By The Shore Inc. was issued a $8,000 permit for an addition at 55 Bannerwood Lane.
• Atlantic Aluminum was issued a $7,000 permit for an addition at 38 Banner Lane.
• Andrew Miklos was issued a $7,000 permit for alterations at 61 Bassett Lane.
• Roman Building Contractor was issued a $6,000 permit for alterations at 63 Round Thorn Drive.
• Roman Building Contractor was issued a $5,000 permit for alterations at 4 Pine Crest lane.
• Intervest Consulting Services was issued a $3,000 permit for alterations at 186 Willow Oak Way.

Occupancy permits issued:
• M & A Health of Florida, a medical office, claimed occupancy at 10 Cypress Point Parkway, Unit
106.
• Pavillion Club Inc. claimed occupancy at 10 Cypress Point Parkway, Unit
105.
• Elio Beltran Museum and Gallery claimed occupancy at 1 Farraday Lane, 2E.
• Chrome City, a mechanics shop, claimed occupancy at 15 Hargrove Grade, 4F.
• Palm Coast Pet Clinic claimed occupancy at 5 Utility Drive, Unit 9.

Development orders:
• Paul Hyde/Tidelands Condominium Association submitted a tier-one technical site plan for Village at Palm Coast Phase II/Tidelands Shoreline Restoration.

Application submittals:
• Palm Coast Seminole Group LLC submitted a subdivision preliminary plat for a Seminole Pointe Replat of Lot 4.
