PALM COAST BUSINESS ACTIVITY

According to Palm Coast’s Business Assistance Center, the following companies were issued tax receipts Feb. 10-14:

• Tinpusher LLC is an automotive sales business at 15 Hargrove Lane.
• The Cork and Pint is a bar at 101 Palm Harbor Parkway.
• GP Roofing & Construction USA Inc. is a general contractor/roofing contractor at 1 Hargrove Grade.
• Indoor Revolution LLC is a sports venue at 5 Utility Drive.
• Mobile Fingerprints Inc. is an unclassified personal service at 25 Pine Cone Drive.
• Home-based businesses: Interiors by Kathryn Teiro, an interior decorator; Intercoastal Environmental Care LLC, a landscaping service; CVL Landscaping, a landscaping service; CLC Handyman Services, a handyman service; Diana Management Services, an unclassified personal service; Aussie’s Cleaner, janitorial service; First Choice Concierge LLC, a handyman service; Tree Climber Extraordinaire, a tree surgeon; Charly Trucking Inc., a trucking company; Spotless Cleaning Pro’s Inc., a janitorial service.

The following is an update for permit activity in the city Feb. 6-12. Total number of all permits issued: 209.

Commercial permits applications:
• Deem LLC applied for a $170,000 permit for interior alterations in Walmart’s grocery area, at 174 Cypress Point Parkway.
• Heritage Construction applied for a $3,000 permit for interior alterations at fashion nails, at 50 Plaza Drive Unit 103.

Commercial Permits Issued:
• CPG Construction was issued a $56,000 permit for a trash compactor enclosure at 150 Brookhaven Court.
• Commercial Construction was issued a $48,000 permit for Vitas Innovative Hospice Care at 4 Old Kings Road N, Unit 1.
• All Bright Construction was issued a $2,000 permit for Russian Deli and Market at 235 St. Joe Plaza, Unit 235.
• The city of Palm Coast was issued a $1,000 permit for scoreboard burial posts at Belle Terre Park at 5455 Belle Terre Parkway.

Residential permits issued:
• Seagate Homes was issued a $317,000 permit for a single-family residence at 70 Lake Success Place.
• Flagler Habitat was issued a $159,000 permit for a single-family residence at 3 Riding Place.
• Encompass Enclosures was issued a $15,000 permit for an addition at 23 Conley Court.
• Millers Screen and Repair was issued a $15,000 permit for an addition at 5 Zelda Court.
• Aluminum Creations was issued a $10,000 permit for an addition at 112 Cimmaron Drive.
• Millers Screen and Repair was issued a $10,000 permit for an addition at 36 Bannbury Lane.
• Ted & Bob's Aluminum was issued a $10,000 permit for an addition at 8 Cedardale Court.
• Encompass Enclosures was issued a $9,000 permit for an addition at 12 Crossway Court E.
• Aluminum Creations was issued a $7,000 permit for an addition at 30 Postview Drive.
• Encompass Enclosures was issued a $7,000 permit for an addition at 21 Farmsworth Drive.
• Lancia Custom Homes was issued a $6,000 permit for an addition at 39 Bannbury Lane.
• Aluminum Creations was issued a $4,000 permit for an addition at 31 Regent Lane.
• Bohdan Hawryluk was issued a $3,000 permit for an addition at 14 Slipper Orchid Trail.
• Quality First Builders was issued a $3,000 permit for alterations at 32 Barring Place.

Occupancy permits issued:
• Tierra Fina Palm Coast, an imported ceramics business, claimed occupancy at 101 Palm Harbor Parkway, Units A105 and 106.
• Halifax Clinical Integration’s pediatrics physician claimed occupancy at 1 Florida Park Drive S., Unit 201.
• GP Roofing & Construction USA claimed occupancy at 1 Hargrove Grade, Unit 1D.
• The Jacob Dental Group claimed occupancy at 17 Old Kings Road N., Suite H.
• Eastern Flooring Center claimed occupancy at 15 Hargrove Grade, Unit B.
• Mobile Fingerprints Inc. claimed occupancy at 25 Pine Cone Drive, Unit 4.
• East Coast Habilitation, a group home, claimed occupancy at 8 Langdon Drive.

Development orders:
• 515 Palm Coast LLC submitted a tier-one technical site plan Roma Court/day care use approval.
