A house in Breakaway Trails was the top-selling home for the week of Jan. 12-18, in Ormond Beach. Joseph and Bibi Daprile, of Ormond Beach, sold 59 Deep Woods Way to Mudussara and Asad Khan, of Ormond Beach, for $617,000. Built in 2001, the house has four bedrooms, four baths, a heated swimming pool, media room, three-car garage and 4,041 square feet of living area. It sold in 2002 for $425,000.

Eric Stone, of Ormond Beach, sold 241 Halifax Drive to Rick and Reghan Taylor, of Ormond Beach, for $315,000. Built in 1956, the house has three bedrooms, two baths, a fireplace and 2,482 square feet. It sold in 2012 for $280,000.
Monica Sherwin, of Ormond Beach, sold 248 Cherokee Road to Patricia Miracle, of Port Orange, for $305,000. Built in 2007, the house has four bedrooms, four baths, a boat dock, sea wall, boathouse, elevator and 3,104 square feet. It sold in 1999 for $125,000.
Ronald and Patricia Steiner, of Altamonte Springs, sold 4 Starlight Drive to Shelley and Robert Johnson, of Woodbine, Md., for $263,000. Built in 2004, the house has three bedrooms, three baths, a swimming pool and 1,616 square feet. It sold in 2003 for $60,000.
Michael Ragucci, of Ormond Beach, sold 10 Palmetto Dunes Court to Richard and Karen Waters, of Ormond Beach, for $198,000. Built in 1994, the house has three bedrooms, two baths, a swimming pool and 1,598 square feet. It sold in 2009 for $193,500.
Walton Cox, of Ormond Beach, sold 60 Hummingbird Lane to Raj and Tia Harman, of Ormond Beach, for $144,001. Built in 1985, the house has three bedrooms, two baths, a fireplace, swimming pool and 1,588 square feet. It sold in 2005 for $235,000.
Mark Oslizlo and Stephen Gabrilove, of Ormond Beach, sold 708 Knollview Blvd. to Robert Grant and Jean Perkins, of Holly Hill, for $117,500. Built in 1978, the house has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,688 square feet. It sold in 1996 for $99,500.
James Redding, of Stony Brook, N.Y., sold 834 Cordova Ave. to Kenneth Robinson Jr., of Alexandria, Va., for $74,900. Built in 1947, the house has two bedrooms, one bath and 1,104 square feet. It sold in 1986 for $47,500.
Rebecca Armstrong, of Ormond Beach, sold 718 Flamingo Drive, Unit B, to Robert and Judy Lewis, of Orlando, for $60,000. Built in 1947, the house has one bedroom, one bath and 535 square feet. It sold in 2004 for $69,500.
Fannie Mae, of Dallas, Texas, sold 26 Arbor Lake Park to Arian Development LLC, of Ormond Beach, for $53,875. Built in 1985, the townhouse has two bedrooms, two baths and 931 square feet. It sold in 1993 for $52,000.

U.S. Bank National Association, of Frederick, Md., sold 39 Forest View Way to Christian and Mary Mahlstedt, of Ormond Beach, for $340,000. Built in 1990, the house has four bedrooms, four baths, three fireplaces, a swimming pool and 3,731 square feet. It sold in 2006 for $535,000.
Walter and Trena Kirchoff, of Ormond Beach, sold 11 Crescent Lake Way to Edgar and Nadine Woodward, of Ormond Beach, for $273,000. Built in 2002, the house has three bedrooms, two baths, a swimming pool and 2,199 square feet. It sold in 2011 for $215,000.

Roland and Barbara Jo Hess, of Prior Lake, Minn., sold 31 Cambridge Trace to Ali Mehrabian, of Orlando, for $392,000. Built in 1998, the house has five bedrooms, three baths, a swimming pool and 3,537 square feet. It sold in 2010 for $400,000.
KB Home Gold Coast LLC, of Jacksonville, sold 34 Abacus Ave. to Martin and Patricia Budreski, of Ormond Beach, for $239,000. Built in 2013, the house has three bedrooms, two baths and 2,672 square feet. This was the first sale.
David and Carolina Stodolny, of Ormond Beach, sold 60 Levee Lane to Sarah Kuhl and Edward Turner, of Ormond Beach, for $167,500. Built in 2010, the house has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,444 square feet. It sold in 2010 for $119,900.

Joy Rose, of Ormond Beach, sold 3 Cliffside Drive to Robert Draughon, of Ormond Beach, for $227,000. Built in 1998, the house has three bedrooms, two baths, a swimming pool and 2,026 square feet. It sold in 2013 for $214,000.

Fannie Mae, of Dallas, Texas, sold 305 Pine Woods Road to Alfredo and Rosaoralia Fuentes, of Ormond Beach, for $175,000. Built in 1999, the house has three bedrooms, three baths, a shed and 2,236 square feet. It sold in 2004 for $230,000.

John and Janet Chaloupka, of Punta Gorda, sold 24 Sandra Drive to Charles and Sarah Brown, of Ormond Beach, for $368,500. Built in 2002, the house has four bedrooms, three baths and 2,566 square feet. It sold in 2001 for $45,000.
